Comment : They do occasionally recommend things you don't necessarily need to do so always take suggestions with a grain of salt but the repairs are fairly priced. I know plenty of Hyundai drivers are locked into using Hyundai for repairs and thankfully they wont gouge you. The recently updated portal for scheduling appointments is also fabulous.

Comment : Don?t go there, if you?re not white. They don?t treat you as a customer but something else. I wasn?t feeling good when one of the employees was beckoning me to come as if he?s my boss. And all the employees there were laughing at me making a mistake. Gossiping as if I can?t hear them or understand what they?re talking about. I was very disappointed as someone who really likes Hyundai and that?s why I bought Hyundai over other german or Japanese cars. Once again, if you?re white, DO NOT GO. It?s even worth to go other dealership in other regions that are 1-2hr drive from Erie.
