Comment : They correctly diagnosed a high pressure fuel pump issue and even though it took almost 3 days,(due to a wrong part being shipped to dealer) and then a misfire that materialized but either way our 2022 Equinox is running like new again and they even gave us a loaner ! Comment : Heard and felt a clink/clunk from back of my 2021 Buick Envision this morning. Stopped at Hallmans Service on State and told Zackery, one of their several reps who called a manager who took the car and me for a verifying ride. Right back and onto a lift and a passenger side sway bar link found at fault and replaced! Counting the test drive the out of action amounted to an hour and 15 minutes I idled away with a mag in their lounge. Best service experience in over 65 years of driving!!

Comment : Outstanding customer service! We were traveling through on a cross country journey and went into limp mode about 20 miles outside of Erie. While other dealerships turned us away Hallman’s diesel squeezed us into troubleshooting right away and got us back on the road that day.
