Comment : I have been going to Dartt for just under three years now, and I can definitively say they are IMO the go-to place to get your vehicle serviced in Evansville. Each time I have not been disappointed no matter how small like an oil change or big jobs like AC work.

Derek, Jerry and all the techs know their stuff to a T and have always gotten straightforward, correct answers fast without any BS. They have especially came through for me in pretty sticky situations. Ashton and Danny (when he was still there, I?m still disappointed he left) are great. They talk to you like vehicle owner to another vehicle owner, not business person to customer. They don?t see you as $$, which is huge to me. That relatability and care is something that is not nearly as prevalent as it should in an environment where it seems you hear all these horror stories of shops not knowing what they?re doing or try to take advantage of customers. My trust in mechanics and shops, especially dealerships, is basically zero because of this until one convinces me otherwise like Dartt has.

Pricing is always fair, and with details on how much each aspect costs (diagnosis, parts, labor, etc.), you aren?t guessing or being left in the dark. No upsell is huge too. They let you decide if you want additional services done, not the other way around. They even let you see old parts or take pictures to show what is happening and explain how something works or fails. You learn stuff along the way from them, which I can always appreciate.

It?s nice to have that peace of mind to where if something happens, I know Dartt will take care of my vehicle with great service without fear of being screwed over. Have nothing but positives about doing business with them. Highly recommend all day long??
