Comment : EDIT: since they sold to new owners, few of the original staff work here anymore. They re still friendly and fast, but they said I needed a $500 dollar service for new rotors and brake pads that a mechanic friend and another mechanic said I wouldn t need for a while. They both told me not to go back to them.been going here for a few years now, and they re always very knowledgeable, fast, helpful, and friendly. I love taking my vehicle to Darrt because I know they ll be honest about what needs to be done. They won t screw their customers over with unnecessary maintenance recommendations or overcharge for anything, and they always do a good job. Unlike a lot of other places, I don t dread taking my car to the mechanic when its been with Darrt. The ladies upfront, especially April, are always so nice. Comment : Best experience ever for car repairs. Not only did they give me a detailed list of everything my car needed, but the also included pictures of each part & repair recommended. I also had no trouble dropping off as they offered me a ride to work and even picked me up from work. I will definitely take my car here if I ever need anything again! I feel that they are trustworthy and very transparent and that means everything to me. The staff was very helpful and very nice. Not once did they treat me as if I were dumb. Also I had no trouble getting scheduled sooner rather than later for the repairs to be done. And I had a lot of repairs to be done (but I already had a feeling I would).
