Comment : My car was towed here by AAA after I broke down midway through my road-trip. I called the shop to inquire about the wait time expectations and to give them a heads up and they were very friendly and professional. Upon arrival they were able to quickly tell me that the issue was something that would need to be addressed by a dealership and advised me where the nearest dealership was. I had to leave to get a rental and they stayed until I returned and the tow was able to pick up my car.
