I needed to call for updates and when my vehicle was ready I needed to call to figure it out and was told someone tried to call. I received no calls after verifying my number when I dropped off the car. I also had someone from enterprise call me to verify rental after I had setup with hertz well in advance.

The process of giving up my car for 10 days and being unable to even start a plan for getting it back felt abusive. 5 | Repair Quality - 5.0/5.0 2 | Customer Service - 2.0/5.0 - | The car is fixed but I had to wait months for an appointment, take a week off work and then couldn't find out when it would be done until after it was done. If I wasn't self-employed, I would have lost my job over this.
