Comment : I heard good things about Darlings, I'm new to Maine. I would not recommend at all from the experience and unprofessional that team is. I got my quote and said they have a 4-6 week wait time and I would recieve a call. No call i have been patiently waiting. No call 5 weeks waiting so I call and they told me my claim was canceled. The person didn't care and said they will have to make calls but now its a 6-8 week wait. This lack of consideration pisses me off. Not one person ever reached out to confirm cancelation.

I needed to call for updates and when my vehicle was ready I needed to call to figure it out and was told someone tried to call. I received no calls after verifying my number when I dropped off the car. I also had someone from enterprise call me to verify rental after I had setup with hertz well in advance.
