Comment : I bought a brand new Hyundai from Tyler Moulton, and due to negligence (Tyler was a super nice awesome guy and i hope this doesn???t fall back on him!!!! His support team let him let him down and hung him out to dry on this one. Nate, Jim, Jason, and lance are all crooks) . I had to take the vehicle back two days later because the company would not honor the deal. They were trying to extort me for additional money and withholding my trade in check. They had my old car during this period and returned it to me not in the condition that I traded it to them in. They just completely lost a customer for life and were unprofessional in the manner this all went down in. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, THERE ARE MUCH BETTER HYUNDAI DEALERS, MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE PEOPLE WHO CAN PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN THE STATE. Comment : My car was there for a week for warranty work which was done great. They gave me a loaner which was great also. I was told I had to return the loaner on Saturday and pick up my car, however, no one was in service except the "express person" who told me she couldn't tell me about anything that was done to my vehicle. On a side note, I know they "don't clean cars anymore", which I guess I can almost understand when there for an oil change. Although I think it is a service they should do to all as other dealers still do this. However, when the car is there for a week - you'd think they would at the very least wash the outside.
