Comment : Your team did a great job of restoring the finish on the left front fender trim. It had been mangled by rubing up against a rough brick wall. It now looks brand new for half the cost Mazda wanted for a replacement. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Comment : Pulled up to an empty shop for an oil change and no one was at the desk so I had to wait to be greeted and then was greeted coldly. Asked how long it should take for an oil change and was told 20 minutes. My service took an hour and 15 minutes. For an empty shop I found that a bit extreme.

Comment : Clutch Automotive, what can I say, very informative, they're on another level of customer service for sure. For instance, as part of the detailed service, provide pics and a great overview of things needed to be taken care of on order of importance with estimates of said word. Im glad I came across them and gave them a chance. They have a new customer.Clutch Automotive, what can I say, very informative, they're on another level of customer service for sure. Comment : I have a suv that is approaching 300k miles.. the staff at Clutch showed me with pictures and recommendations on what I would need to do to keep the car running past this milestone.. I weighed the pros and cons and as it turns out starting the process will be well worth the cost the staff is very professional and I feel very good about bringing my car to fix the issues for the future ..Highly recommended!!!I have a suv that is approaching 300k miles.. the staff at Clutch showed me with pictures and recommendations on what I would need to do to keep the car running past this milestone.. Comment : Brought my vehicle in with an issue to diagnose as I had tried another one of their locations in Katy for a PPI and thought they did a good job, despite seeming a bit pricey. Don't mind paying for quality work. What I do mind is them charging 300% on parts and likely charging for more labor hours than necessary. Was basically quoted $1000 for an oil pan on a Honda Accord. The oil pan is available locally from Advancedautoparts for $110. They wanted $400 for parts, including the same oil pan and a "gasket kit". This is funny as there is no gasket kit for this installation, its just a tube of Honda bond. $100+ for an oil change, $80+ dollars for an engine air filter that requires 4 bolts to get to, another $80 to clean up after the job. $150 for the actual diagnostic which is fair considering labor rates. Another $600+ in extra additional options that boil down to basic maintenance such as a brake flush and oil additives. At least the staff up front was courteous! Hard to see the positive in this experience as it really seems I was out to get ripped off.Brought my vehicle in with an issue to diagnose as I had tried another one of their locations in Katy for a PPI and thought they did a good job, despite seeming a bit pricey.
