Comment : I called to ask for the queue for a safety inspection to see if I could potentially get it done during my break at work. The person at the service desk just told me “you gonna have to come and find out yourself”. Didn’t need an exact ETA or anything, just a rough estimate on the amount of cars ahead. Just pure laziness.

Comment : This is a repair shop like all of them should be! They may not be the fastest, BUT they get the problem fixed the FIRST time and the prices are more than reasonable. After years of having a Check Engine light hounding me and various repairs at other shops (even replacing the same part TWICE), they figured out on the first visit that a mouse chewed through my wiring harness which was causing the light to come on. Once they repaired it, I haven't had any more lights come on. Very knowledgeable staff and I highly recommend them!

Comment : Im new to VA and went here for my inspection & emissions test. First of all, i had a slight attitude that i had to do any of this since i came from a state that didnt require it. But respectful staff and a man at the reception desk who answered all my "what to do next" questions without seeming bothered, quickly diffused that. I came in the middle of the day, and there was a line before me, but I still only waited an hour. Price seemed reasonable although tbh I really have nothing to compare it to. Sitting there, I noticed that they had a lot of "regulars" which is always a great sign of a good mechanic. I highly recommend them. I normally go to the overpriced dealership to service my car, but I would go here again.Im new to VA and went here for my inspection & emissions test.
