DO NOT GO HERE! This shop is completely incompetent and dishonest. I brought my car in because of a noise underneath, and they charged me an outrageous $1700 to "fix" it... only the noise is still there! To add insult to injury, they slapped a safety sticker on my car without even mentioning the severe rust underneath that another mechanic has since told me makes it unsafe and should have failed inspection. Had they been honest about the extent of the rust, I would have never wasted $1700 on minor repairs. They clearly prioritize ripping people off over providing honest service and ensuring vehicle safety. Stay far, far away from this place if you value your money and your safety!

Comment : My 16 year old kid slid off the snowy road on his way to work. Dana's towing charged him $650 to "winch it out". They also made him pay cash. They refused any payment method but cash. All the negative reviews are spot on. All the positive reviews are paid for or are done by friends or fake accounts. After mentioning this story to others, it turns out that this place has a really bad reputation. Definitely avoid and use a reputable tow company instead. Also, after calling other tow companies I'm told this should have been more like $300. They charged for 2 trucks, though they only used one truck to get the car out of the snow.

Comment : Went there for an inspection sticker. Because of a previous bad experience elsewhere I checked everything that they would check at an inspection before I brought it to Dana's. They brought it in for the inspection, then came & said I needed 3 new wiper blades that I know, for a fact, were perfectly fine when we went there.The look on my face was of confusion because as I said I checked everything before I brought it there. When they brought me my car, all 3 of my wiper blades were ripped halfway down the blade to the point where all 3 of them were actually flapping.... Really? When I questioned the wipers to the manager? ( Man behind the counter) He said he was extremely offended because I was calling him a liar... Well guess what??Women beware!
