Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Okay so I had a bit of a Christmas Miracle in that I a minor(ish) sitch with my car that the oil change shop scared me to death about. I called a couple shops, including my own “trusted” shop that all gave me price estimates on this repair. I call one more because it was recommended and really close proximity to my home. I end up speaking with, Dale himself that gives me a COMPLETE run down and understanding of the situation and explains why I shouldn’t get it fixed at all at the moment and then explains the whens and hows of dealing with the repair down the road. His honesty BLEW MY MIND and earned ALL my future business.
