Comment : Been using there Auto services for yrs. If my tires need air I drop in and it’s no problem. I usually tip them twenty dollars. It takes five mins. Not this time was told to go to Sheetz. Had they went out to put air in my tires they may have seen I need tires. I found Greg at D&R Auto Care and he took care of me as always! Just one common courtesy to a loyal customer. Glad I found him in the Clipper magazine!

Comment : We are new to this business for inspections of our 2 cars. We already had one done in July and my husband seemed satisfied enough to make an appointment for Monday 8/11 for our other car. We both really hope that they don't do anything that isn't absolutely needed or necessary for safety. We are seniors and on fixed incomes. Please discuss any expensive service with my husband first, thank you. I am relatively illiterate where it comes to car repair, and I would really like to know we can trust you. Much appreciation.

Comment : The owner and his team were great. I had my vehicle towed here, and they told me exactly how long the repairs would take—and they were right. They fixed my axle, replaced my battery, and repaired an issue with the parking brake. They were honest and transparent before starting any work, and the price was reasonable. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, though they did let me know about other repairs I might need in the future.

Comment : I went here on a recommendation from my neighbor. Let me just say…. They are amazing! Out of the gate, they are kind and knowledgeable! I was never talked down to once (you know those types of mechanics) and they were extremely quick and fair with their service. They are my “go to” mechanic from this point on!

Comment : Don't come here. Firstly they're the types that assume women know nothing about their vehicles, along side that everytime my girlfriend or her mother has brought their car here they attempt to upsell them yeah sure most shops do, but we're talking like an entire page. Second, the worst part is EVERY repair that's been performed by them was defective and it has to come back and get replaced or fixed again, this time however is the last time. A part was replaced last year with an included warranty. Go figure since it was replaced here it's now making the same exact noise and acting up again, she took it back to have it looked at again, charged her to look at at then said "oh it's fine just a light rattle!" And it isn't. A second opinion is coming and if they don't uphold the warranty there's gonna be problems. They know what they're doing. And so do I. Stop being shady and taking advantage of people. Don't think I don't know that you're waiting til she comes back when the warranty period is over so you can charge her again. --EDIT-- No where on the invoice states a lifetime warranty for the strut but a 24 month for parts and labor. Another repair was when the rear shock was replaced on 1/11/2022, had to come back and have it fixed under warranty on 3/7/2023 which yes did state a lifetime warranty. So yeah. The 2 of the maybe 3 actual repairs that have been done, it's had to come back (strut and rear shock). A "little rattle" is still a noise and shows a clear sign that's something isn't right whether it's major or minor. I shouldn't have to tell any shop that. We will contact you when ever we want and once we get a second opinion, as of right now my view and opinion stays right here.Don't come here. Firstly they're the types that assume women know nothing about their vehicles, along side that everytime my girlfriend or her mother has brought their car here they attempt to upsell them yeah sure most shops do, but we're More
