Comment : I'm a member of AAA and I went to the store. Got back in my car and it didn't start. A man came to help me so it gave me a boost. While I'm thanking the man, my car died again. Called AAA and they suggested to come and tow the car to D&L auto shop. That was on a Tuesday evening. I needed an alternator and a new battery. My car was completed on Thursday. I was thinking it would take longer. I was so happy when I was told it was ready. It costed me $895.00.

She is a very helpful, professional and a pleasant person to talk to.You can t go wrong when you take your car there.Be aware, because of their service and reputation, you may to wait for an appointment. Comment : Very bad business!! Gave this guy a chance and he blew it. Talks a good game then switched it up on me. Had my truck for a month, did front bumper. Insurance company gave him money and he went the cheapest route to line his pocket with money. He took it along himself to choose my fog lights without asking me. Claims he can't return the fog lights cause of "tax id" . He changed out the light bulbs in my headlights without asking now my headlights make humming noise while on. He was paid to fix the head light harness but he rigged them and my turn signal flashes as if a light is out. Left fog light fell out while driving. Confronted him about it Very bad business!! Comment : I had my car towed from DL Auto shop to BMW Dealership today, 2/4/25. My car has been sitting at DL for months. DL is unresponsive 95 percent of the time, does not return calls 95 percent of the time and over charges. My car has been sitting at DL for months, they told me my key fob didn't work. I purchased a new key fob from BMW. DL said they would need to charge me to program the fob. The fob comes programmed and when I arrived yesterday to give them the new fob, the old fob worked as well as the new fob, which came preprogrammed, I a few hundred dollars for nothing. DL said just to start with a diagnosis, key fob etc. it would start out at 1,500.00, the dealership thus far is cheaper and more professional, the fob at BMW with tax was around $300.00. My car looks scratched up, etc. This place is a zero for sure.
