Comment : We just got our Highlander back from them a week ahead of schedule and the work looks great. They even cleaned the whole interior and exterior of the the car. The communication via text was great and working with Phillip at the front desk was a pleasure. If we ever need to have work done again I would not hesitate to come back to Gerber Collision on Powell in Gresham.

Comment : Don’t go here. They have dropped the ball. I went to pick it up and there was an area about 10” x 1” that they missed. I would think a professional shop would keep it at the front of the line for their screw up and not put it at the back of the line. They said they would fix it. What shop takes over a week to fix an area so small? I am still waiting. They have yet to update me on when I will get my truck back now. Do not go here if you want your vehicle back in a timely manner.

Comment : Stay away from this business. My wife got her car worked on here after smacking into the back of someone. Pretty minor damage but when she got the car back they 1) never fixed the windshield 2) refused to address a NEW check engine light and tried to convince her that it was unrelated to the repair they did. After figuring it out myself I found the air box was sitting OPEN the whole time causing a P0171 too lean code. 3) put a new headlight in and never adjusted it so I found out this whole time she has been driving at night with a headlight that points into the ground three feet in front of her car. I don’t know how she saw anything and she didn’t know any better bless her heart. I finally noticed and had to fix it.

Look I get it mistakes happen, but denying it on the phone with my wife thinking she doesn’t know better is absolutely unacceptable. This could have cost her a ton more money if I didn’t investigate it. Shame on y’all. 2 stars because they DID end up getting done on time.

Comment : From dropping off the car to picking it up, the whole experience was great. They were in regular contact with me throughout my repair, keeping me updated and informed. My car looks great, I can’t even tell where the damage was! I would recommend their services to anyone needing repairs.
