Comment : It is always a frustrating situation when things go wrong after paying for repairs. But it is especially maddening when the owner of the facility does not take accountability. I was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism by the owner, and my issues have still not been resolved. He wanted to blame everyone else, including me, for poorly done work. He then had the audacity to suggest that I really needed to have "some trust". Unfortunately he has done nothing to build or maintain trust.

Comment : This was my first experience with Cusson Automotive. I was very pleased with every step of the process. From the very the beginning when I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked it up. I was informed of everything that they were going to do prior to work being done and I was given quotes in advance to make sure that the repairs were in line with what I needed. It's hard to find a good repair shop and I am grateful to have come across this business.
