Comment : Ich hatte wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung mit Cusson! Ich bin Inhaber eines kleinen Unternehmens und besitze mehrere Mercedes-Transporter, die leider häufig Probleme bereiten. Wir haben die Firma zum ersten Mal in Anspruch genommen und ich fand es sehr gut, dass die Techniker auf meine Anliegen eingegangen sind, sich detaillierte Notizen gemacht haben, mich schnell bedient und mein Problem zügig und zu einem fairen Preis behoben haben. Als ich mein Fahrzeug abholte, zeigten sie mir das ausgetauschte Teil und das gesamte Team (sogar der Inhaber) kam vorbei, um mit mir über meine geschäftlichen Bedürfnisse zu sprechen und wie sie mir helfen könnten! Alle wirkten sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert und nahmen sich wirklich Zeit zum Zuhören. Ich freue mich sogar darauf, die Wartung unserer Transporter in Zukunft von Cusson durchführen zu lassen, da ich diese Firma nun als Ansprechpartner habe. Es ist deutlich zu erkennen, dass ihnen ihre Kunden am Herzen liegen und sie stolz auf ihre Arbeit sind. Ich kann Cusson uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Comment : Wir hatten wieder einmal eine tolle Erfahrung bei Cusson Automotive. Mein Kia hatte Probleme mit den Abgaswerten, und das Team hat uns durch den gesamten Reparaturprozess begleitet. Sie waren bei der Preisgestaltung transparent und haben uns sogar Fotos der Kohlenstoffablagerungen am Auto geschickt. Da sie mit dem ADAC zusammenarbeiten, haben wir sogar einen Rabatt erhalten. Vielen Dank an Josh und das gesamte Team von Cusson!

Comment : Update Services after 300 miles of travel and camping with my 2010 Winnebago VIA RV, the Cusson service on the Drive Chain, Suspension, Tires and overall set up is exemplary, just the satisfaction that the FELL and Drive and overall experience meets and exceeds my expectations. The Finland Nokian Truck Tyres bite the road, braking, grip like a sponge on the tarmac, smooth quiet ride and compounds are unique formula that make them extraordinary on the hot surface roads for this 13000 lb rig. Really Happy and secure with Cusson Automotive Services and Team for their assist with this rig, adding my other vehicles to the Family Services. compliments to the upgrade in suspension components and that ride with the interior level maintaining a perfect "bubble level". Average mileage in the 20's MPH and hums like a Mercedes 3500 with 70,000 miles and 16 year s of driving age. thank you again.! Austin Sheridan & Family

Comment : To Whom It May Concern: After 8 decades of wisdom and experience with all forms of Auto's, Truck's, RV's, Motorcycles, I have lived and worked with all of these tools of work and play. I have selected Cusson Automotive as my Go2 technicians, mechanics, overall security for the safety of operations on all my family vehicles. i have over the past decades found my mechanics to survive the utility and safety of transport across America since 1990. I have several million road miles on multiple vehicles and have very few road incidents or vehicle issues long or short term. Maintenance is my priority and back up to have traveled America in Automobiles, Trucks, Motorcycles, and now Motor home. My Motor Home is a Mercedes Sprinter Chassis with a 3500 drive chain and Non DEP version. I have purchased from Mercedes and serviced with Mercedes for 5 years and the distance to travel was 2 hours to Wooster, Mass. There is Joy in my recent service to confirm the status that Cusson Automotive delivered every tech support to bring my RV back to OEM spec and make the best performance of 3500 Diesel Engine continue to drive, ride and carry on with over 20 MPH in a smooth quiet operation. Engine Service, Suspension Upgrades, Generator Service, Tires and Wheels, Balance and Alignment, could not be better than First Delivery in 2010. 11000 lbs needs to "FEEL Safe , Comfortable and Precise on the Steering, Drive in motion and traction on the road" In all aspects of aging RV's my Winnebago and Sprinter have found it's Home at Cusson Automotive with Techs: like Jeff, Kenny, Dave, Owners Don and Larry, service with Josh and Glenn, all of their office support is friendly, courtesy and listens to your automotive needs and makes the best choice for "wanted" services with Manufacturing / Dealer Certifications that compliment any concerns of OEM specifications and updates that are fresh and competitive with any other Factory Sources. It will not get any Better than their experience, safety and value for the long haul or the short haul in driving. Comment : Very thorough, honest, and competent work. When Cusson does the work you are good to go! They have worked on all 3 of my vehicles, fixing what is broken, and showing me repairs needed down the line. Service reports are clear and easy to read. A great shop!
