Comment : I finally found a reliable dependable honest automotive repair facility with cussion.I am not a certified mechanic I have been pulling out installing drive trains on older vehicles since I turned 16.I do not allow just anyone to do mechanical work on my vehicles.If your looking for a new place to diagnose any issues with your vehicle by all means drop it off at cussion they will give you a professional diagnosis stear you in the Correct direction to see if its even worth fixing at a fair hourly rate. All repairs are done professionally. cussion has a great team that works together family owned with family values.I drive a older full size diesel you don't drop a vehicle like mine off at any shop.I had several mechanical issues going on with my truck at the same time in a timely manner cussion started from the beginning repairing everything that needed to be done in a timely manner to get me back on the road.If your looking for the best cussion is on the list.?

Comment : These guys are top notch. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Friendly, reasonable prices and do great work. I had them install beefed up leaf springs on my 32 FT RV they recommended and handles much better and picked up 4-5 inches of clearance in the back to avoid bottoming out on inclines, a major issue. Prior to that, they did regular maintenance and pinpointed the source of a squeak and fixed that. Everyone there is super friendly and Glenn in particular was very helpful. 👍👍👍

Comment : The entire staff is fantastic! I took in my suddenly not running 7.3 Superduty and through diligence and diagnostics David, Don and team made my “brick” into its former top-running vehicle. They looked for problem parts vs just putting in parts that were “probably not working”. They took their time and properly did the repair at a VERY reasonable price. Thank you Don and David!

Comment : It is always a frustrating situation when things go wrong after paying for repairs. But it is especially maddening when the owner of the facility does not take accountability. I was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism by the owner, and my issues have still not been resolved. He wanted to blame everyone else, including me, for poorly done work. He then had the audacity to suggest that I really needed to have "some trust". Unfortunately he has done nothing to build or maintain trust.
