Comment : The service center was horrible at providing updates or time frames for the repair. Had to constantly keep calling to find out what was going on with my car and when it would be ready by.

Comment : Toyota had just done a regular service. A "check light" was appearing on the dashboard. They were able to tell the source of the light (later work done by someone else). The "someone else" redid their job, and the check light disappeared.

Comment : I was assisted by Mark. He was nice. I was told my car needed a battery and an alternator. I was quoted a whopping $1,900.00 for an alternator and battery. WHY?! The labor alone was over $1,000.00 When I asked why the labor cost was so high, Mark told me that the work was labor intensive. I agreed to purchase the battery after asking for a discount and was given 10% off the $330.00 fee. It's hard for me to grasp that Toyota has an exorbitant fixed rate for this issue. After a few hours passed I received a call from Mark. My car was ready. He said my alternator was working well. What?!!! Is that the way you swindle your customers? When I take my care to Toyota I want to be assured of the integral work. However, I'm forced to look elsewhere. I should add that Mark was nice to Uber me back to pick up my car.
