Comment : I scheduled an appointment a week out to go see a car. When I get there the dealer I had scheduled with didn't seem to remember or know who i was or why i was there. He asked me what car I wanted to see. So I reminded him. He went to talk to his manager, the car was not ready to be seen. I had driven from Woodland Hills for this appointment I had scheduled in more than enough time to either have the car ready or let me know it wasn't going to be. I went next door and bought a car from the Toyota dealership. Culver Toyota is great! Go to them.
