Comment : Do Not Buy A Car At This Dealership.
We bought a 2024 Jeep Rubicom Hybrid with 5K that is a complete Lemon. The salesman lied and told us it was a “fleet” , which we found out later wasn’t true. Original buyer returned it due to EV charging issues. We brought it back to be fixed, told us “it’s all set”, but still having problems. Found out there is existing recalls on the vechicle that no one has the parts to complete. Why weren’t we told that before we purchased?
Can’t get rid of this piece of junk fast enough, but I would never buy another vechicle at Crosstown Motors in Littleton NH, you shouldn’t either.

Comment : I would not hesitate to work with the sales team at Crosstown Motors again. My recent experience buying a new Ram 2500 diesel was seamlessly orchestrated by my salesman, Asa Pettit, and his managers. There was never a fuss and certainly no muss 🥳

Comment : Beware! We are new to town and all the cars we have trusted with this business all have had additional issues. The worst communication I've ever experienced from a company. They will keep your vehicle for as long as possible and charge you for extra work and parts that you never authorized. Our daughters car has been there for over two months and still no resolution. Every phone call is full of lies! This company has made our life here in New Hampshire a living hell! Please make the drive to other mechanics and don't waste your money on them. Worst experience ever!

Comment : I worked with Steve Northrop. I told him what I was looking for and while it did take a little while to find, it came up while I was asking to look at another vehicle. It has pretty much everything I was looking for with a price slightly higher than I would have liked to pay.

Bottom line - Steve and Chris made it easy to make the purchase and delivered the truck to me the same day. They worked with me on the price and they were excellent communicators (I never sat in limbo waiting to hear from them).

I would definitely recommend Steve if you're looking to buy a vehicle.

Comment : Took my Jeep Compass to Crosstown Motors for a safety recall issue after my local mechanic said it was likely the powertrain control module. The car had started that morning and was driven onto the tow truck, this was a negative 15 degree morning.

Crosstown called and said they couldn’t run a diagnostic until both batteries were replaced, quoted $1,000 for the job. When I checked around, I found two quality batteries for $280 total, another usually high priced dealer quoted $704 for factory batteries and install, and a local mechanic quoted $50 to install batteries I provided.

I called Crosstown back and was told the batteries alone were $800, plus about $99 each for install. When I asked if they at least tried to jump the car, Joe said no, the Jeep was completely “dead.”

After I arranged to tow it elsewhere, Joe called again and said they did jump it, but the terminals were corroded and that was “probably the real issue.” This completely contradicted the earlier “dead battery” diagnosis.

When I got the Jeep home, it started right up. Both batteries tested healthy. The only issue left is the original recall-related control module problem.

Between the extremely high pricing and the conflicting information, I don’t feel Crosstown Motors acted honestly or competently. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

Comment : I recently purchased a new 2025 Ram from Crosstown Motors. The experience was pretty painless. My salesman Asa Pettit was great. He was knowledgeable about the product and was very easy to work with. My last experience buying from a dealership was not great, so it was refreshing to purchase from a staff that is as concerned about the customers follow-up treatment as they are with moving vehicles off the lot. So far the truck has been great. Without a doubt I'll return to this dealership for service and future purchases. Thanks Crosstown.

Comment : They had the minivan I had been looking for! After searching the entire Upper Valley, both in Vermont and New Hampshire, and finding limited inventory, we found exactly the car we were looking for at Crosstown Motors. Paige, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, "no pressure", and really great to deal with. For future car needs, I will not hesitate to go back.
