Littleton, NH Reviewed : 04/17/2026 Comment : I brought my vehicle to Crosstown because my panoramic moonroof was stuck open during an emergency situation and needed to be closed immediately. I dropped the car off at 12:00 PM on 4/15 and was quoted 1-2 hours of labor totaling around $500. I specifically asked if there was any way to manually close it, and Shane told me no--that on this type of roof it could break the glass, and the only option was to remove the roof completely and reinstall it. Based on that information, I agreed to the service. Communication was poor from the start. I called before closing for an update and no one would give me clear information. After receiving multiple call backs within 20 minutes, someone finally let it slip that my car had not even been looked at yet and that a glass company had been contacted, with no further explanation. The next morning, while dealing with a broken foot and a hospital appointment, I again asked for an update and waited hours with no response. Around noon, I called and was told the roof had been looked at and was "impossible" to close. I was then quoted over $2,400 in parts plus additional labor fees. I told them to stop immediately and asked what my bill was. I was told $437 despite no resolution. For legal & insurance purposes I requested that it be put into writing a manual closure was refused. Shane refused to document that and then claimed manual closure was attempted, despite the fact I was originally told manual closure was not an option because it could break the glass..... which lead to my approval of the $500 quote. After a frustrating discussion, the manager offered a "discount," saying I would pay $218 that day and return later to pay the rest if another shop could not close it. I then brought the vehicle to the Berlin City dealership, where I purchased the car. They confidently agreed they would close the roof and quoted up to $250 depending on labor time. I dropped the car off, and it was ready for pickup about 3 hours later. The actual service took 1 hour, the roof was fully closed, and the final bill was only $169. I immediately returned to Crosstown with the closed vehicle and Berlin City's service paperwork. The manager came out right away, asked how Berlin City had closed the roof while holding paperwork that clearly stated exactly what was done, and then claimed Crosstown had tried the same thing. However, that statement did not align with the paperwork I had been given by Crosstown, which did not document that procedure or a successful closure attempt. Within less than 5 minutes of arriving, management refunded me in full. I appreciate that the refund was ultimately issued, but this experience caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time having a broken foot. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend customers get clear documentation, firm pricing, and detailed explanations before authorizing work here, if at all. I would absolutely never recommend this establishment to anyone after my experience. 1 Reviews Taneesha regalado Littleton, NH Reviewed : 04/17/2026 Comment : I brought my vehicle to Crosstown because my panoramic moonroof was stuck open during an emergency situation and needed to be closed immediately.
