Comment : I have had multiple experiences working with Crosstown motors in Littleton. I can honestly say I ve never been better taken care of. For this most recent purchase I reached out to crosstown and Paige in sales was hot on the trail. She found me exactly the truck I was looking for within an hour and I had signed for everything exactly as I wanted it before I d even left work for the day. We did everything via text and email. The efficiency and quality was top notch. David in finance also deserves notable mention, he answered my questions and got my paperwork filed smoothly and quickly! Comment : Horrible service!! Every time I’ve brought my truck there to be worked on I walk away with more issues! They didn’t even attempt to put my claim into Ally which I purchased the package when I bought the truck. The last time I picked it up they had replaced the coolant hose and said that they found another leak and said it was the engine oil cooler and when I went back to have them include that on the invoice so I could put my own claim into Ally Joe Monahan said he didn’t say it was the engine oil cooler and then said it was a gasket at the end of the engine oil cooler. Also after picking up my truck on December 5,2024 three days later my check engine light came on and my that same evening my 4WD wouldn’t work! I had a friend take a look at it and the service department completely forgot to hook my 4WD back up and I had numerous bolts that hadn’t even been tightened down and my friend said he didn’t know how I didn’t lose them all. They also didn’t out the clamp back on my air filter so that was just sitting on top!! This is not the first issue I’ve had with them doing this kind of stuff!!! I was also made to feel incompetent by Joe Monaghan and made to feel like I didn’t listen to every weird he told me and I was wrong!!
