Comment : I've worked with Crossroads in the past, so when I had an accident in June, there was no doubt as to who I wanted to work on my car. That was a couple of years ago. This year, even with a few management changes, the quality of the service was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Comment : Two stars only because they were nice. Otherwise, it really was a 1-star experience. I don’t have a lot of good things to say about this repair shop. It took them 2.5 months to repair my MB because they kept ordering the wrong parts - whether due to their lack of knowledge or their supplier providing bad info. I work for MB and offered to put them in touch with one of my contacts in Parts but they didn’t take me up on my offer. They stopped communicating regularly, so I felt like I had to call every week for an update, which was frustrating since I continued to make my lease payments $$$$. There was no offer to financially compensate me (e.g. deductible) for them taking so long - only an apology, which doesn’t at all make up for the extra expense that I incurred. I had my car towed to them because they said they weren’t backed up on work like the other repair shops in town. I guess now I know why. Oh right, several days later my car broke down on the freeway and I had to tow it to the MB dealership because apparently Crossroads didn’t attach the coolant tube back on properly during the repair. Really awful experience.

Comment : The work that was done is beautiful, don't get me wrong the work is great but the spots all over my vinalla cream colored interior was not ok and wish it was cleaned up, but it's OK. Thank u for doing great work!!!

Comment : Yesterday I was quoted 4.4k for some scratches & dents on my Ford F-150. That sounds expensive, but it was actually middle ground compared to the other shops in the area. (Ranged from 2.7k - 9.8k). I was also told it would be ready by Friday (1.5 weeks) which was also fairly middle-ground timing. I went with them since they seem like they do quality work. I'll update this review with the results.
