Comment : I had an unresolved issue for over 1-Year That was causing me a lot of stress plus a death in the Family wasn't a good time for me to have a clear head with addressing these issues. My Visit " Was Awesome " !!! Several needed issues were addressed and RESOLVED. I can't describe how excited & Appreciated I am with my life back on my old schedule again. Thank you, Thank you for giving me back My Pickup in Top Operating Condition Once again. I've Miss it for too long Like an old friend who was much needed every Day to get thru the day.

Comment : I brought my car to crescent alignment and to switch one tire from one rim to another. The tech broke a lug off into the hub. This was not brought to my attention. The shop took it upon themselves to fix the issue without first letting me know about the problem. This simple job turned into over $400 fix just to get one lug out of a hub. They said it took the two and a half hours to free the lug. Had I been aware of the situation I would not have had the shop fix it as the car could have drove home with four lug nuts and I could have done the work when I got home. I have done this several times before and it is taking about 20 minutes to get it out. Although I did get a call from the tech telling me that there was no tire sensor on my rim and should they put one on. I inform the tech not to do so as my car does not have the sensors on the rim. This whole experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth and everybody will know. Anything as simple as a lug in a hub should not cost $400. Anything like that a customer should be aware of this just did not seem fair or reasonable.
