Comment : From the first conversation with them I was lied to about time frames, I scheduled an appointment to drop off my vehicle and met my appointment on time. What's told it would take 6 weeks to repair my 24 F250.
6 weeks later called for a status update and they had not put the first wrench on my vehicle. It completed an estimate within one week my insurance company authorized the repairs, 10 days later they added additional costs to the estimate play insurance company also very quickly approved the repairs. 10 more days later they added more costs.. what I determined what's they did not want to do the repairs but they were not communicating that to me or my insurance company so I was left without a vehicle or any answers for 6 weeks. The amazing part is they found more and more damage without disassembly anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT CRASH CHAMPIONS! My insurance company and myself have chose to go a different direction.

Comment : Don't come here if you work during the day. They apparently have no room keep a car from the lunch hour to after 5pm, not even for a quote of a major repair. Glad they showed my their lack of flexibility before giving them money.

Comment : Staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. It’s the second time I’ve used them and I highly recommend them. Although slammed with hail damage, they still gave excellent Customer Service. Communicated well among rental car company, my insurance company and me as the customer.

Comment : I had a great experience with Crash Champion after my car was severely damaged in the recent hail storm. The repairs they completed were amazing - you honestly cannot tell my car was ever damaged. There is not a single dent or any sign that it went through such extensive damage.

Their attention to detail and quality of work really impressed me. I hope I don’t need collision repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, Crash Champions will absolutely be where I go. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs done right.

Comment : I wish there was a 0 star! The walnut location should receive a 0 on all levels. Made an appointment 3 weeks out. Dropped the truck off James Oliver said oh no problem 1 week 2 at most will get to subcontractor and get it done. 2 weeks later no notifications I called got a very rude guy all he would tell me it's not done. By their website and after 2 more calls from me was to pick up Friday this was on a Tuesday. Received a call from them on Friday at 2:15pm stating they could not get their cheap after market windshield programmed and also they scratched the hood and that has to be replaced. After showing up there the truck was absolutely filthy scratches all over the hood windshield looked like crap James calmly and not carrying said 10 days for another windshield and another 6 days for a hood. And then does not offer to expedite anything because they have so much business. After finding out from James the 1st windshield came in it was broken and at that time no one verified the body work that had been done. James goes to say to me well I dropped the ball and stood there staring at me. Then not to get the truck done quicker hap hazardly offers to get a cheap rental car not to get my truck done sooner but to shut me up. This location is by far the worse I have had to deal with. And I received no communication on Monday until I called their corporate number and all you get it we sent an email to the location to contact you. The absolute worst in communication and still no idea when I will get my truck back. Be aware that you can not believe anything that comes out of their mouth or their worthless website. By the website I should pick my truck up Tuesday tomorrow when nothing has been ordered or repaired. Absolutely horrible!!!!!

Comment : I was told repairs would take 10 days when I dropped off my car, then they submitted another insurance claim and had to wait for approval (3 weeks). Then they said they never said 10 days should never have been less than 4 weeks well it’s been 2 months and they still keep putting it off for one thing and another. I want my car back it’s the only one I have.
