Comment : Great work done here. Very professional and stand by their work. I only wish there was one final communication to go over everything on the phone before you head out to pick the car up. Some damage on my driver's door mirror was missed even though I asked for that are to be looked at when it was dropped off. Everything else was great though.

Comment : The quality of the repair itself was good, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. My vehicle was not ready until two full weeks after the original scheduled pickup date.

I explained that I was paying for a rental vehicle out of pocket during the delay, but no compensation or accommodation was offered. Communication regarding the delays also could have been much better.

While I'm satisfied with the actual repair work, I would not recommend them based on the amount of time the repair took, the lack of communication, and how the extended delay was handled.

Comment : A woman hit my car while I was working, their insurance covered for the work and it was sent to this location.

They fixed the body pretty well but didn't fix the busted headlight. After I told them the headlights been out since the crash too.

How a repair company that's getting paid for sure thru insurance missed this is/didnt fix it shows a lot about the companies level of detail and thoroughness.

$50 down for new headlights

Comment : Timely, kind, and communicative! I was in the loop every step of the way, and the car was finished 2 weeks before they originally estimated. Staff was great, would absolutely recommend!
