Being without my vehicle for this long is frustrating enough. Having to deal with poor communication and a completion date that keeps moving makes it worse.I would not recommend Crash Champions whatsoever.'> Reviewed : 09/28/2026 Comment : ?????The absolute worst experience. Crash Champions has had my vehicle for a month, and communication has been terrible. The estimated completion date has now changed for the third time, and I'm being told it will be another two weeks. At this point, I have no confidence in any date they give me.The Cadillac dealership told me this was their preferred repair facility, which makes this even more disappointing. Both this location and the one on 40 hwy are the most disorganized repair shop I've been to. To make a long story short, I've had to bring my vehicle to crash champions 4 times to fix an issues from June and it's now September. The general manager Dylan at this location, did NOT have anything organized for a customer who's been wronged by their company. There was no communication regarding my rental. I will NEVER bring my vehicle to any crash champions. What a shame! 1 Reviews Siniva wright Independence, MO Reviewed : 09/10/2026 Comment : Had nothing less than a great experience with Champions.
