Comment : I took my car to them after being rear ended. They only repaired the minor damage to my bumper and without thoroughly checking my Taos (Not even a test drive) I was told that there's absolutely nothing wrong. I explained what happened when I was rear ended and Dakota stated “I don't know why you keep saying you were hit by a truck that still wouldn't change anything”. Dakota reported no damages to my Taos to progressive which caused me to have to fight with them about repairs. I was told I had a lifetime warranty but when I called crash champions Dakota answered and basically refused to go over their repairs (after taking my car to Firestone and them verifying there was something wrong with my axle) and when I got my Taos back my windshield was cracked. Dakota kept referring me to Volkswagen. I went to Volkswagen and they ruled out that my axle was damaged because of the impact from the truck.

Comment : Don't believe a thing these people tell you; their word is literally not worth the paper on which it's printed. When I took my car to them last spring, they promised it back in 14 days. After 19 days, I called to check the progress, since I'd run out of rental car insurance. They promised to pay my daily rental fees until I got my car back, and put it in writing via an email. When I finally got my car back after 30 days in their shop, they owed me 11 days of rental fees totaling $431.42. It's now nearly 5 months later; I've yet to receive a penny and their manager won't return my phone calls. If they can treat a repeat customer like myself with this callous disregard, imagine the care you may expect to receive.

The absolute worst experience. Crash Champions has had my vehicle for a month, and communication has been terrible. The estimated completion date has now changed for the third time, and I'm being told it will be another two weeks. At this point, I have no confidence in any date they give me.

The Cadillac dealership told me this was their preferred repair facility, which makes this even more disappointing. Being without my vehicle for this long is frustrating enough. Having to deal with poor communication and a completion date that keeps moving makes it worse.

I would not recommend Crash Champions whatsoever. I'm exploring all options for next steps.

Comment : If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Had to come up here 3 times after an accident. They kept messing up things on my vehicle so I had to keep bringing it up to be worked on. Terrible job!
