Comment : Who we are from out-of-state and crash champions, got on air repair job. As quickly as the reports came available and we were out of there in no time. We appreciated everything they did in keeping us updated. As the progress of our work progressed, customer service was outstanding.

Comment : I wasn't originally going to leave a review of Crash Champions Collision Repair in Branson. Even after having issues with the repairs, I was ready to be done with it all. But the continued lack of follow-through has changed my mind.

After the initial repairs to my 4Runner, I found mismatched paint (Blizzard Pearl), window tint scratched in multiple places on the back glass, a panel that didn't align correctly, loose fasteners, and paint overspray on my backup camera. These are things I shouldn't have had to point out after picking up a professionally repaired vehicle.

I returned to the shop the very next day and went over the concerns with the director. Despite being told when to bring it back, I was repeatedly pushed back when I called before taking it in. After scheduling delays and getting the insurance adjuster involved, I finally got an appointment.

They eventually made those issues acceptable. I understood they were covering the rental during the rework, but then received a follow-up call from Enterprise questioning who was paying. That was another thing I shouldn't have had to deal with while having problems with the original repairs corrected.

Still, I appreciated them addressing the repair concerns and decided against posting a review, even though I was already unwilling to recommend them.

Almost a month later, I discovered both access covers to the tail lights inside the rear cargo area were missing. Because of where they sit inside the back hatch, they aren't immediately noticeable, so I hadn't caught it sooner. I contacted them on September 24, and they told me they would check with the technician the next morning and order replacements right away if the covers weren't there.

It's now October 13. I've followed up and still have no update.

I gave them opportunities to make things right, worked around the delays, and thanked them for addressing the issues. At this point, I'm tired of chasing them to finish making things right. Customers shouldn't have to deal with this many repair problems and then repeatedly having to follow up! Based on my experience, I would not recommend Crash Champions Branson!

Comment : Excellent work. Beautiful job but they they only work on your vehicle 2 hours per day. Turn it 2-day job into a 2-week job

Comment : I want to complement the service Shantel gave us. We came in about a little paint ding after our car had been fixed. She showed us that crash champions had noted it and it was not their responsibiiity....but...she was sooo nice, informative, helpful, and cleaned up the spot and put a little touch up paint on it! She is a keeper and a real asset to your service. Thankyou Shantel!

Comment : The woman that works the front desk is super amazing!! She is courteous and attentive. Professional quick and very communicative. She is the glue and keeps this place together and the wheels running. Okay, maybe that's a little over the top, and maybe that's her job but she does it so well. It was very pleasant to do business there!! And my vehicle was done early and right on budget.
