Comment : Do it bring vehicle here. I was going through my insurance and I just asked that they send the estimate to insurance and don't do the work till insurance gives the okay and they said no. They don't work like that. I use to work in insurance claims and these are the type of places that would do the work and leave you with the bill or whatever insurance doesn't cover. Avoid at all cost please

Comment : I am so thankful and happy that I chose Crash Champions to take care of my car! My car was in two wrecks within three months, and both times I brought my baby here and they got her back looking brand new! ❤

The customer service is excellent. The guys always call and keep you updated throughout the repair process, and my car is always completed in a timely manner. I truly trust them with my car, and that says a lot!

A huge thank you to John and the entire management team. I can’t remember the other manager’s name, but I appreciate the whole team for taking such great care of me and my car. You all did an amazing job!

Comment : Very disappointing experience.

I left my car here for a minor dent repair that somehow took nearly two weeks. Delays happen, so that wasn’t my biggest concern. What was concerning was discovering that an expensive pair of sunglasses I had left inside the car was missing when the vehicle was returned.

The work was supposed to be limited to the exterior, yet items inside the car appeared to have been disturbed. When I raised the issue with the manager, my concerns were brushed aside. I asked for CCTV footage and was told there were no cameras on the premises.

In 2026, a business handling customers’ vehicles and valuables with no CCTV coverage is hard to believe. Accountability seems to be missing just as much as my sunglasses.

Maybe the dent repair wasn’t the only thing being worked on. Either way, the complete lack of concern from management was more disappointing than the missing item itself.

Poor communication, poor customer service, and zero effort to address a legitimate concern. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.
