Comment : Truly can't say enough good things about my experience here and specifically with James G. When I had my first crash and a million questions he took the time to answer every single one and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. He is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process.

What really stood out to me was how genuinely helpful and caring James was. He made what was already a stressful experience feel so much easier and that my car was going to be taken care of! His professionalism and compassion truly made an impression on me.

In fact, when I had a completely different car wreck later on, I specifically came back and asked for James again. He is truly an asset to Crash Champions, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants someone they can trust to do great work and take the time to listen, explain, and genuinely help!

Comment : No stars!Tore my car down before insurance said it was to be repaired. Bought back from insurance company champions charged me 122$ for tearing it apart!Drove to them and had to pay wrecker to bring to me! They kept my right fender and I called them and they said that was between me and the record driver I don't think so not only that but they stole my gas cap. I will walk to work before I would take a vehicle to that place they're a bunch of Thieves. They were already trying to tear that car down to fix it for themselves.Very rude.

Comment : Car was repaired after accident. The end result of the work performed delivered to me a car that no one would believe had been damaged. Looks just like it did before the accident. Also, all face-to-face and written communications were demonstrated with the highest level of proficiency and customer satisfaction.
