Comment : I had the BEST experience with Crash Champions. I first worked with Alex Villa and he was amazing. He made sure everything with my insurance company was good and made sure my car was taken care of properly and in a timely manner, while also making sure I had a rental to get around until my car was completed. The date he provided for my car to be ready was the exact date it was completed. He kept me updated the entire process. My car looked and worked great, it was nice and clean when I received it back. Now, Mr. Mike the General Manager there was so Awesome and VERY helpful. He made sure my car was back to it's original state and looking and operating amazing. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness in assisting with my vehicle. I am so grateful I chose to take my car to this company. They did an amazing job with my car. Mr. Mike and Alex thank you so very much for having outstanding customer service and making sure I left your company satisfied. I would recommend this location to any and everyone. Be sure to ask for Mr. Mike and Mr. Alex they were great! Thank you so much for handling my car with such care to make sure I'm getting around safely. Have an amazing day!

Comment : I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I brought my vehicle here for an inspection after an accident, expecting all of the damage caused by the impact to be properly documented. However, one of the damaged areas was not going to be included because they determined that it was not related to the accident.

What concerned me the most was that I was very close to signing the documents without being clearly told that this particular damage was being excluded.

My advice to anyone bringing their vehicle here is: read everything very carefully before you sign anything. Do not assume that every damaged area you point out will automatically be included. Make sure that every part of your vehicle or property that you believe was damaged in the accident is specifically documented in writing before you sign.

Based on my experience, I felt that the insurance company's position was being given more consideration than my concerns as the vehicle owner. Customers should feel that their interests and concerns are being carefully considered as well.

I personally would not return or recommend this location. Please protect yourself, ask questions, take pictures, and make sure everything is documented before signing.

Comment : Our car was rear-ended by a distracted driver, and unfortunately, we found ourselves needing a repair shop. That’s when we took it to Crash Champions, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Cole was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. What I appreciated most was receiving text updates at every step of the repair process—I always knew what was going on and never had to wonder about the status of my car.

They also kept their word on the date they said the car would be ready, and it was ready right on time. When I picked it up, it looked like nothing had ever happened!

Excellent communication, professionalism, and workmanship. I highly recommend Crash Champions, and especially Cole, for making the whole process so easy and stress-free.

And Cole… I hope I don’t need your services again anytime soon, but if I ever do, I know exactly who I’m asking for! lol

Comment : So experience so far has been not the best, however we did have a great start in the beginning. We set up our appointment and all was good. Our appointment was 6-13, 9 am, well guess what nobody was there and they won't call us back. Not sure what's going on, and the our people's insurance contract is now unavailable to explain what is happening. This delay set us back with enterprise as well. Wth

Comment : Reliable, professional, and excellent communication!

We have brought our family van to Crash Champions in Spring twice now for two separate wrecks (neither of which were our fault), and they have been phenomenal both times. Dealing with repairs after an accident is always stressful, but the team here is incredibly kind, upfront, and helpful throughout the entire process.
They were very mindful of our vehicle's specific needs and how much we rely on it for our daily routine. The repairs were completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and their communication is wonderful—they keep you updated every step of the way. If you are looking for a shop that is professional and respects your time, I highly recommend this location!

Comment : Working with Crash Champions was an absolute joy. They were prompt, friendly, and above all, honest. They were also quicker and cheaper than another body shop in town. I worked with Cole C. and he was fantastic. He called me during the repair process and said, "Good news... we found additional damage, but were able to work around it so your estimate will actually go down." That's honesty, integrity, and putting the customer first. I would absolutely recommend Crash Champions to anyone.
