Comment : Stopped in for an estimate 9/11/26 about 11:30am
(small scrape) When I walked in the lady behind the desk seem to be so confused & took her time to help me while another lady in a back office was hollering loudly at or about someone going to lunch. The front offices looked like storage rooms
(not a good first impression for such a nice place)
So eventually (after the "receptionist" got off the phone) I made her realize I was NOT there to pick up a car (as she asked) but that I needed an estimate for fixing my car that was right outside the window with the damage, and again she seemed confused so she went and got a much younger girl, at this point I'm wondering why I even stopped in.....
while that same loud lady in the back office was still ranting loudly, the younger lady asked what insurance I had, or would this be cash pay and I told her Allstate then after a brief silence
both ladies shook their heads no & told me they could not write an estimate until I called my insurance co. first
(now that was weird to me, guess I should have said cash pay)
Now I understand they most likely have a process, but no explanation or ultimatum was given and (to me) that's not a good way to get customers in this busy industry, the way I felt walking out was..... Crash Champions didn't need nor want my business.
We won't go back. Good Luck.
Guess I'll stop in at Maaco :( just up the street from CC

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crash Champions Collison Repair in Rockwall! They did an absolutely amazing job repairing my daughter's car after her accident. From start to finish, the communication was exceptional, and they kept us informed throughout the entire process, which gave us such peace of mind.

A very special thank you to Natalie, who was truly exceptional! She was kind, professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Her communication and genuine care made such a difference, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did.

Comment : I had some dents repair (PDR) done on my car and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was excellent and the dents were repaired perfectly, and the car looks like new again. The staff specially Martha and Kenneth were professional, courteous and the service was completed as promised. I highly recommend Crash Champion for anyone needing quality work repair.

Do not use this shop for repairs. They straight up suck.

Double check the work before you leave because apparently the supervisors skip that part of their job. If you don’t know much about cars or bodywork, bring someone with you who does when you pick up your vehicle.

They actually tried to convince me that the small bubbles shown in the photo were “part of the rock guard” instead of admitting it was poor workmanship. Save yourself the headache and inspect everything carefully before accepting your vehicle.

Comment : I had my car towed to the shop on May 16th. I hit a pot hole and impacted the front right tire. I was told I'd get my car back on the 29th. On the 29th, I called the shop an hour before closing to see if I'd be getting my car back that day. I was told, "Yes."

I get home, get out of my car, and the left driver side reflector light is literally coming from my car. I left a text review to make them aware about this. Then the next day I noticed they didn't put my Honda guard screen back on my right side tire.

They left it sitting in my drink holder covered with server ticket books that I left in my car that I audit for work. I bring my car back on Monday to get them to fix the left reflector light, to put back on my tire screen guard, and to replace the left head light bulb that was out.

I spoke to a gentleman who told me that my left side was already damaged coming in. I told him that I didn't agree, because my reflector was never like that until I received it back, and that it should look the same as the right side.

He then said, that he would order the part for me, and fix the left side reflector as a courtesy. That all I had to do was leave 10 star reviews. Which I went home, and did for them the same day.

I called a week or so later, and left a voicemail with a follow up about getting the left reflector side fixed, and NOTHING. If he didn't want to do it or never intended to, just say that. I'd rather them have kept my car longer than anticipated, and give it back to me right. Then to give it back the way that they did.
