Comment : The truck looked brand new when we received it! Made a bad situation better as far their part of the ordeal(car wreck). So far everything is staying together and working exceptionally well. Will definitely come back here if something happens again. Hopefully it doesn't though

Comment : ????? Absolutely AMAZING! ?????
There truly are no words to describe how impressed and grateful I am for the top-notch service I've received BOTH times I've used Crash Champions in New Braunfels (off I-35 & Solms)!
From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in good hands. The communication, customer service, attention to detail, and quality of work are simply unmatched. They have completely raised the bar for what customer service should look like!
The entire experience was hassle-free, convenient, and honestly just incredible. They went above and beyond every step of the way, from calling the rental car company to come pick me up, keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process, answering questions, and THEN even returning my rental car for me! ????
It's those little things that make such a HUGE difference when you're already dealing with the stress of having your vehicle repaired. They genuinely make you feel taken care of, and it's obvious that providing an exceptional customer experience is something they truly take pride in.
I honestly wish I could send EVERYTHING I needed in life through Crash Champions! ??
If you ever find yourself needing collision repair, I cannot recommend them enough. Amazing service. Amazing communication. Amazing people. Amazing experience from start to finish! ?
Thank you, Crash Champions, for making what could have been such a stressful experience feel completely effortless. You guys are truly the BEST! ?????

Comment : The brake lights on my 2017 Chevy Traverse weren't coming on right, which was dangerous! I went to several repair places, and one recommended Crash Champions Collision Repair in New Braunfels. I dropped by, and they had me fixed up in less than 30 minutes! Then they said, "No charge." It turned out to be a fuse problem. I barely had time to enjoy their lovely waiting area, with all kinds of iced and hot drinks, and their nice, clean bathroom! It was super kind of them to do this for free. I think I got the "grandma" discount for Mother's Day. Thanks for helping this old lady feel safer while driving!!

Comment : After being rear-ended by an uninsured driver, I brought my Jeep to Crash Champions and was impressed from start to finish. As a Jeep-certified repair shop, they were well-equipped to handle my vehicle, and their quote was reasonable compared to other collision shops I’ve used in the past.
They completed the repairs a full week ahead of schedule, which was a relief given the circumstances. During the process, an auxiliary battery issue was discovered — it had been working fine at drop-off but was draining after the repair. Even though my vehicle was just outside its 3-year/36,000-mile warranty, they took care of it without hesitation.
That kind of accountability goes a long way. If I ever have collision needs in the future, Crash Champions will be my first call.
