Comment : So I hit a deer and took my car here for the repair about a month ago . After they looked at it they originally told me I would have it back in 8-10 business days. Then I waited about 8 business days and gave them a call just to get a update and they hadn't even started it yet so they pushed it back a week. Then they said the had to get a part and pushed it back again and said it would be ready for pick up today. Called them to confirm it was ready, they said it hasn't even been painted yet and to expect it next Tuesday-Wednesday

Comment : Great service and employees were friendly, professional and explained the entire process thoroughly. My car was hit in a parking lot and had scratches and a dent. After the repair, it looks brand new! They work with Enterprise, which is conveniently next door and a rental car aas available and waited outside immediately after I dropped my car off and filled out the paperwork. I love that they will fill my gas tank & provide a free car wash after filling out a survey. I highly recommended Crash Champions!

Comment : Don't bring your car here. They left my car disassembled when I told them I wouldn't accept their estimate. I had to have my car towed out. The managers are useless—the service is terrible, and they are rude.

Javier is the #1 manager out there. He helped get my vehicle back in shape after a wreck—and in return, I helped fix his pickleball swing after seeing a video… that thing needed just as much work 😂

Great service all around. Thanks to Javier and the team at Crash Champions!
