Comment : The most unprofessional and inappropriate behavior I have ever experienced at a public business. We were looking over the vehicle with Trisha are advisor and I noticed some immediate concerns that were very obvious. I asked a simple question about the warranty. Does the warranty cover orange peel? Trishas response “what orange peel? Orange peel would be there already, it just doesn’t show up.” It was a simple yes or no. Don’t need the attitude. This is how it was the entire encounter with her. The bumper fitment was very poor. One side had a big gap while The other side was somewhat flush. I pointed this out and she tells me that Camrys have flares in the back and that’s “normal” so i immediately call her out for being dishonest. If that were true how is one side flush and the other isn’t? Then she says, oh well aftermarket bumpers won’t fit perfectly. I thought it was normal? We were told that only OEM parts would be used and were never notified that anything else would be used. Never communicated anything about the repairs. This may have been told to us by are insurance but there’s still a lack of communication here. Anyone who knows cars knows that non oem parts are known to have these issues. If this was communicated like it should’ve been we would’ve never ever had them use non oem. I go to the side panel and there’s polish dust and scuff marks all over the paint where they buffed out damages. I pointed that out as well and she claims that they never touched that part of the car so those buff marks must’ve been there. So the damage in that area magically disappeared with no buffing but there’s scuff marks and polish dust from buffing? So at this point I ask for a manager. Phillip comes out and immediately becomes argumentative, rude condescending and completely disrespectful. I told him I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication about when the rental was done and the fitment of the bumper. Him and Trisha both gang up and argue with us saying that it’s are fault we didn’t know the car was done days ago. Saying they left us a message about the car. They called monday and said the car may be done Tuesday but if not it’ll be Friday. No further communication was made. We received a message saying pickup is all set for Friday. So how would we have known it’s ready? Is it are responsibility to call everyday or do we have a service advisor for that? So at this point the lack of communication has costed us extra days for a rental car. I try to have Phillip stand at a certain angle so he can see how big the gap is and he just yells “so what do you want” u want the bumper fixed? I said ya obviously. I said, I feel like are time was wasted, how could no one else not notice the massive gap on the one side? Were they hoping that we just wouldn’t care? He then gives us a salute before they walk inside refusing to provide names or a corporate phone number, or offer a plan for what we pointed out about the car. Just left us standing outside. What did the salute mean? Is that how professionals act toward paying customers? Or better yet, the general manager of an establishment?

I called the shop and asked to speak to a gm. They leave me on hold for 10 minutes so I call back. They again, put me on hold for 5 minutes then Phillip picks up. I told him that yelling at us infront of his shop was completely unacceptable and unprofessional . He says it was because I kept cutting him off mid sentence. That’s an excusable reason to yell at upset customers who just paid thousands for repairs, in public infront of other people? If I ever treated my customers or anyone at work like we were treated today I wouldn’t have a job. He then hung up on me after I kept asking for a corporate number or some number for me to make a formal complaint. I called a different location and got a number in minutes. Why be so combative instead of defusing the situation every opportunity you were given? We will never go back to this location. I spoke to John and he was great. He Explained everything and offered a solution that worked for us.
