Comment : I have the same issues as someone else. If you don't have unlimited rental, don't use this collision company which was suggested to me by my insurance company. I was not allowed to speak to anyone other than Lisa at the reception desk who told me I can't speak to anyone else and she explained to me about my car using nonsensical phrases like "When we fix things, we have to send away for the part and sometimes we find other things that need new parts" My car was kept there for 2 months and 12 days and came back to me with damage that was not there before my accident and I was told they wouldn't cover it. I was hung up on numerous times by Lisa, and when I finally picked up my car, is when I spoke to a technician and I was told they are have to Google what the damage might be. After keeping my car for another 6 hrs I was told they would fix it out of the kindness of their hearts but they need to send away for another part so I had to take my car back with the same damage. I am unsatisfied with this collision place but I will edit my review to a higher number based on if this new damage is fixed and how long it takes. It's distressing submitting this kind of review and I hope going forward, the service they provide will be better.

Comment : Working with Dave and Lisa at Crash Champions Manchester NH was a pleasure. Super smooth process and friendly. I hope I don’t have to use them in the future for body repair, but if I do, I will call them. Highly recommended. Work was done sooner than expected.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Great customer service bumper replaced vehicle was in the shop for 4 days. They said it might take longer due to calibrating the vehicle after. But they have a company come by and do those on site!
