Comment : Being involved in an accident can be frustrating, especially when you're left without a vehicle while it's being repaired. Nevertheless, I was grateful that my insurance company suggested Crash Champions. Upon dropping off my car, I was immediately greeted by Lisa, who provided a detailed explanation of the repair process, an estimated timeframe for completion, and addressed several questions I hadn't considered. Her professionalism and courtesy put me at ease, knowing that my vehicle was in capable hands. When I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup, I returned to the shop and was once again greeted by Lisa's friendly smile. She thoroughly explained the repairs, highlighted the warranty coverage for the life of my vehicle, and provided a comprehensive packet outlining the work performed. I was extremely satisfied with the service and impressed by the thorough cleaning of my vehicle, both inside and out. Comment : This was the second time I used crash champions for my repairs. They did such a great job the first time I chose them again years later at a different location and I was not disappointed. These people make it look new again. Comment : Crash champions was a pleasure to deal with and made the unpleasurable damage to my brand new car a better experience. They made it very easy to access my insurance company, to schedule, and they kept me updated about the progress of the car. Comment : I chose this place to repair my vehicle as I was unaware that Auto City had sold to them. While the work was completed satisfactory, there was zero communication unless I reached out, contrary to what I was told. My claim from a fender bender was 4k, fairly minimal by today s standards. The repair took 2 1/2 weeks to complete. Even though I ve been going to auto city for over 30 years, I will never use crash champions again and I recommend you don t as well.

Comment : My Experience | 5.0 | Never, I mean NEVER have I received a car back from a collision auto body shop in such an AMAZING CONDITION IN ALL AREAS. My husband and I were blown away. First off I had been directed to a local competitor with my son???s accident and it was a painful process start to finish.
