First thing asked, "am I ok"? Um, what body shop is concerned for my health? Crash Champions are! They called, kept me informed every step of the way, and answered every question completely. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone that requires auto body service. Fully satisfied customer! 1 Reviews Aman delgado Baytown, TX Reviewed : 09/04/2026 Comment : Works really Slow and no communicating between departments. Over promises and under delivers. 1 Reviews Joshua pope Baytown, TX Reviewed : 08/31/2026 Comment : Customer Service and communication was great off the chart. I am not well with items missing out of my car, like cologne and all my change missing. Drink bottles of theirs left behind. When I picked my car up I had issues with body parts not aligned and headlight shining 20' infrastructure of car. I understand that it was not the cars first repair but those issues where not there before. They would not satisfy my complaints. 1 Reviews Nanely pena Baytown, TX Reviewed : 08/30/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Austin collom Baytown, TX Reviewed : 07/31/2026 Comment : Prolly won’t be using this business again first won’t accept cash and wouldn’t help me get a rid home 1 Reviews Abner villazana Baytown, TX Reviewed : 07/20/2026 Comment : This place is not safe to keep your car in their shopI had a brand new battery in the trunk of my car and when I came back for it, it was gone. I think it was negligence on them for leaving my car unlocked and for somebody to take it when I went there, there was no signs of forced entry on my car other than the damage was done , so that tells me one of the employees took it for themselves when I give my car keys to them they are responsible for my cars safety this is unacceptable I would demand a reimbursement for the battery and find out on the cameras that took itForgot to add , it would of been courtesy if they would let me know that they had people breaking into the property on the back side of the shop using bolt cutters to get through the fence where there is a storage facility , and then the shop have to put my car in the spot where the camera can’t see that what anyone can’t get in the cars and steal anything ! 1 Reviews Abner villazana Baytown, TX Reviewed : 07/17/2026 Comment : This place is not safe to keep your car in their shopI had a brand new battery in the trunk of my car and when I came back for it, it was gone.
