Comment : First, the work was done very quickly. I have had several other times that my vehicle needed repairs done due to being hit and we had taken the vehicles to another collision center and it took a much longer time both times.
Second, communication was very good. I missed a few calls from Crash Champions, but Wayne didn't blink an eye and kept trying and left me voicemails - which helped me to also know exactly why I needed to call back.
Third, they were patient and accommodating. When I called back close to closing and they told me it was ready for pickup, I was amazed because it was a week and a half from the original completion date. I asked about another part on the vehicle needing to be fixed and they told me they would look into it. The next day, my wife explained that it would take awhile to come pick up the vehicle, and so Crash Champions offered to bring her the vehicle and take the rental back.
Overall - smoothest insurance claim experience ever, and I cannot imagine how it is not mainly due to Crash Champions and their team!
If you have an insurance claim for an accident and live in Arlington, use Crash Champions to get the body work done. You won't regret it!

Comment : We dropped my daughters vehicle off and within 12 hours we were called that another vehicle had caught fire over night, damaging hers, and we needed to file a claim on OUR insurance. I tried to fight it and was only met with a "get over it" attitude and handed a copy of the paperwork we signed at drop off that said they are not liable for the damages. I filed against the other vehicles insurance and it was denied. Somehow no one is responsible for it and it was disgusting the lack of care of anyone in that building

Comment : They didnt see the importance of addressing me by my correct name via text numerous of times. Even though I corrected them repeatedly. A little alarming since i was entrusting them with thousands of dollars worth of repairs to my vehicle.
