They are very unprofessional and unorganized. They'll tell you one thing on the one and another when you get there also you'll never get to speak to or see one of the owners. The front counter employees always have some excuse as to why you can't speak to them directly. The only reason why I gave them one star is because I could not give them any stars to be able to leave a review. " I Do Not Recommend" this shop for any service if you value your money, time, or sanity. The only person I could give a compliment to was a young black guy who went and got my friend's vehicle out of the back. He was friendly and respectful and I hope he finds another shop to work at because he in my opinion deserves to be at a better place than that. Also due to the lack of respect for our time, money, gas, and inconvenience, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.This has to be one of the worst shops in Hernando MS. Finally left and went to the closest alternative where I had a trailer and was on the road in 15 minutes.
