Comment : I had a very disappointing experience with Craigens Garage. This tow was due to a minor traffic infraction where my work truck was parked on a side street that gets almost no traffic, and the tow was ordered by the police department.

They towed my truck exactly 1.9 miles?from my office to their shop?and charged me $459. That price is completely unreasonable for such a short distance.

This wasn?t even a complicated tow?it was a flat tow with no rollback, just a dually pickup. That makes the price even harder to justify.

To make matters worse, the owner told me he ?could have charged more? but was doing me a favor by only charging that amount. That came across as dismissive and unprofessional given how high the bill already was.

There was no clear breakdown or justification for the cost, and it honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of simply because I was a business owner and this was a company vehicle.

As a business owner, I understand charging fairly for services, but this was excessive by any standard. I would steer clear of this company for any car repair or towing needs

Comment : Terrible experience twice. DO NOT USE Craigen Tow!!!
They pickup the AAA dispatch before anyone else can and then they lie about when they will arrive. The first time it happened to me it was 99t degrees and I was stranded with a broken down car for 2 hours . The second time my husband was the victim and they kept changing their arrival time until after 2 hours he had to get AAA to get someone else.

Comment : Im a semi driver i had one of their tow trucks pull in front of me on i55s and proceed to go slower in front of me I switched lanes then they drive off. Completely unprofessional behavior to act like a child while driving.
