Comment : I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Brian the driver from this tow company. On a very hot day & not so great situation due to an unexpected car problem. He turned it already with his impeccable, kind service. He was patient and gentle with my mom and I while retrieving our vehicle and picking us up. What an amazing human! Thank you for simply being nice. Have a blessed week ahead :)

Comment : My son's vehicle broke down on the way home from spring break and was stranded 3 hours from home. AAA towed his car to Craigen's and they squeezed him in and fixed his car and got him back on the road. Don't find too many mechanics that would help a kid out like this. I'd highly recommend them to anybody.

Comment : My truck wouldn't start. Had it towed to Craigens. Two days later they called and said it was ready and the charge is $117.50. When I got there they said there was no charge since I'm a first time customer. I couldn't believe that and I will definitely go back next time I have truck problems. Also, everyone I met was really nice.

Comment : Locked the keys in my husband’s truck while at a baseball tournament in Southaven. They were there within an hour. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that unlocked it, but he was very kind, professional, and made a bad situation not so bad! Keisha that I spoke with over the phone was very patient with me. Definitely would recommend them to unlock your car door if you ever have the need around that location!!

Comment : Had a flat tire on I269 and then the spare was flat. The tow driver was quick and friendly. Very sweet and helpful in figuring out next stops.

Comment : Used them through AAA to tow my car to my house, the girl working there called me with a snotty attitude talking to me like I was stupid because I wasn’t at the vehicle even though I stated in the AAA request I was at the drop off location. She said they needed keys to the vehicle but it won’t crank and it was unlocked so no they didn’t. I had to load my toddler up drive up there just to be met by a man who was just as rude as her and when I told him his office staff needed an attitude adjustment all he said was “um okay”. Keep in mind that’s all he said to me period. Don’t recommend them for towing.
