Comment : I had the clutch go out in my 2010 Toyota. Tacoma and took it to this shop to have them replace it. They told me that my transmission was out and it was, but I didn't have the money to replace the transmission. So I said, just leave it as is. And I will pay you for what you have done. And take it to my family's automotive shop. As soon as I can come pick it up. Well, the whole time I was there. The owner was giving me attitude. And I couldn't figure out why just pure animosity, I didn't think nothing of it and hauled it to my families automotive shop, where I had later discovered that this man completely sabotaged my truck to make it as hard as he possibly could for the next shop, took bolts out of my caliper that just don't come out, hit all the bolts from the transmission. Nothing was there and gave me attitude about it because I didn't want him to do the job. So if you have to go somewhere, go somewhere else, because this guy is a one hundred percent scam artist!

Comment : I gave one star cause I couldn't give anything worse. They had my car at this garage 3 times in one year for the same issue. Each time they couldn't tell me wat caused the issue. Over that year I paid them almost $2300ptx, $650ptx, $1400ptx. I questioned the prices and after everytime they couldn't tell me wat caused the issues. After the last time I picked up my van after paying $1400 my van was still not running right. I took my van back and they told me it would cost another $900. I took my vehicle somewhere else. These people charge more than the dealership with grade D work. I would not recommend them to anyone. Don't waste ur money.......

Comment : I had a very disappointing experience with Craigens Garage. This tow was due to a minor traffic infraction where my work truck was parked on a side street that gets almost no traffic, and the tow was ordered by the police department.

They towed my truck exactly 1.9 miles?from my office to their shop?and charged me $459. That price is completely unreasonable for such a short distance.

This wasn?t even a complicated tow?it was a flat tow with no rollback, just a dually pickup. That makes the price even harder to justify.

To make matters worse, the owner told me he ?could have charged more? but was doing me a favor by only charging that amount. That came across as dismissive and unprofessional given how high the bill already was.

There was no clear breakdown or justification for the cost, and it honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of simply because I was a business owner and this was a company vehicle.

As a business owner, I understand charging fairly for services, but this was excessive by any standard. I would steer clear of this company for any car repair or towing needs

Comment : Im a semi driver i had one of their tow trucks pull in front of me on i55s and proceed to go slower in front of me I switched lanes then they drive off. Completely unprofessional behavior to act like a child while driving.
