Comment : They charge dealer prices but they misdiagnosed my issues, broke parts while working on my truck and charged me, then wouldn’t honor warranty when it was clear the new issues were due to the work they did. Do not take your vehicle here they will upsell you and do shotty work. I had to take my truck to a different mechanic to fix there mistakes.

Comment : I needed a coolant leak diagnosed and repaired while in town for a conference. Crabtree Automotive was great to work with long distance and had the car ready in time for my son to drive home from OSU. Easy to work with. Thank you!!

Comment : I?m new to the area and had heard about this great company and decided to try it. I have a smart car and it?s always been serviced by Mercedes. I?ve never been so pleased with the company ever! The staff was above and beyond anything I have known. They filled me in on everything my car needed and kept me posted on the progress. I am thrilled with the service and highly recommend them.

Comment : They are very professional and courteous with service. Got my brake job done in a very timely manner and they kept me apprised of the status of job. The only thing I might criticize is the amount changed for the service, but for the excellent job they did you can expect to pay a premium price.
