Comment : I love the people who work there they Take care of each other and themselves And you can see that one of the gentlemen that works there he was wearing a cowboy hat and he happens to be a gentlemen who is African-American male and they could less the people who work with him Like it was normal I am old and remember how it back then and they care about him to be himself so the people who work Cowboy Toyota dealership are God bless them for me being able to see that I have great grandchildren and they need to see and people who treat each other like that Thank you so much. and take of us customers David W Andrews.

Comment : It was great. The waiting room is so comfortable, the amenities are excellent, free wi-fi, magazines, periodicals, etc; they have complimentary coffee, water, and snacks and sodas from their vending machines. I love it when the service takes long.

Comment : The service was ok, except, an employee, performing the maintenance, removed a sticker from the windshield that had nothing to do with Toyota's maintenance. It was a sticker that told me the next time I needed to bring my vehicle in for tire rotation and balancing at COSTCO. I had to go to COSTCO to get another sticker made for the future service.

Comment : Service tech slipped in tire rotation to service ticket unbeknownst to me. Tires are new. After much back n forth, he questioned why I even came to this dealership. I'm done with this dealership.
