Comment : The process was outstanding. Starting with setting up appointment, being greeted by service personnel and the care given to my vehicle. The details on washing my vehicle inside and out was the best I've seen since I've been bring my vehicle to Covert (2018). I felt special. Check out person was patient, kind and helpful. Outstanding customer service!!

Comment : I continue to have issues with tire rotation and balance; the last two times I have requested the service and have been told it was completed, I still have balance related vibrations and have had to return to get it corrected. However, this past time I decided to goes elsewhere.
