Comment : To long of a wait for an appointment for oil change and windshield wipers. 2.5 hours. I like the blades on wipers. But to much and long wait.

Comment : Ethan the service advisor was great. He advised us to get new windshield wipers. He made sure the oil was changed and the tires rotated and all gauges reset ! He arranged for a ride to restaurant and a return to dealer !

Comment : Went to express service and went great. Vehicle was promptly received by staff given quote for service before any work was done. Maintenance was done promptly as we waited at the dealership. Very pleased.

Comment : Treated like a king and express service got done within promised time. Easy to set up the appointment online. Will be strong temptation to let Covert do my future oil changes even though I am a DIY'er.

Comment : Great service and aftercare. However, when I spend over $100,000 for a truck, I expect to have a loaner for the day. Apparently that doesn't exist ever at this dealership second time I've been there for service and there's no loaner vehicles available. Instead, somebody drove me back to work in an old washed up Buick. I expect to have an equivalent truck or SUV. To drive for the day.

Comment : Service was great, maintenance performed very quickly. Kept me advised. Told me of things I needed and things that could wait. My service rep Gilbert Guerrero was very knowledgeable and advised me of service needed. They performed a recall, vehicle inspection, oil change and tire rotation plus filter change and brake fluid changed.
