Comment : Great repair shop from the moment you walk in the door to the time you’re back in your car again. Love that they offer loaner cars, the video explaining repairs needed and quality of work. My check engine light used to come on all the time when I used the dealership for repair$ - hasn’t come on since I’ve had Cousins as my mechanic. It’s nice to have one you can trust.

Comment : The staff at Cousins Automotive is always courteous and helpful. I especially appreciate the tekemetrics where the actual repair person sends a link to a video describing the situation and the recommended work before they go ahead so you have a chance to discuss options and get a firm cost estimate.

Back in South Africa, I was always under the impression that I had to service my car at the dealership. Since moving to the U.S., I’ve discovered that’s not the case — and honestly, Cousins Automotive has completely changed the way I think about car service and repairs.

They were far more innovative, informative, and transparent throughout the process than any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The team is not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I felt like my car was in excellent hands from start to finish.

I’ll definitely be returning in the coming weeks for a few more fixes, and I won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Comment : I am a returning customer. They have never steered me wrong. This time was a noise under the hood which I thought was the alternator and it was. They also found another part worn so I had that fixed as well. I then had them do some other work to help me down the road. I'm very satisfied with everything they have done so far. I'll keep going to them as needed. I strongly suggest Cousins Automotive to anyone who wants things done in a timely manner and enjoys quality work with quality parts.
