Comment : Drove from out of town to purchase a vehicle that was loaned out and was told that they couldn t locate the vehicle. Made contact with someone in sales the day before driving down and we set an appointment time so it was a disappointment to waste the time and resources.

Comment : If I could give Brandi 5 stars I would. She always has gone above and beyond for myself and my children. However after bringing my car in for the 4th time with the same issue occurring and asking for my codes to please be looked at. Leaving my vehicle for a week. And continuously being told they can't replicate the issue so there is no fix. I took my vehicle as advised from the manufacturer bbb for lemons to a Ford dealer, immediately upon pick up from Courtesy. Low and behold immediately upon looking up my vin. The last 60 days all had codes thrown for some type of electrical issue EVERYDAY. Some days upwards of 25 or more codes. Now, I'm without a vehicle, with my kids in a different state away from my husband. EVEN THOUGH I have a warranty that should provide a safe vehicle and a rental. Do yourself a favor and do not by an Aviator they are beautiful piles of trash, that warranties apparently do not cover when your electrical system fails.If I could give Brandi 5 stars I would. Comment : Courtesy offers pick up and delivery service for my vehicle when maintenance is needed. And I m able to get a rental car while they are servicing my vehicle. And they also have great communication through out the service process.
