Comment : Came in with the car running hot. Told them it was most likely due to a coolant leak. Told them from the very beginning what I needed was to get the car back ON THE ROAD, and if that wasn’t possible, to let me know so that I don’t get left in the dark and something randomly causes me to get stranded with a smoking vehicle. Upon coming back they told me that actually they discovered a hole in my engine block (upsell) and that it WAS fixable , and the car COULD be driven for a short time until I had to either replace the engine or get a new car. And what they were prepared to do was put a “putty” (their words not mine) on top of the hole to patch it. They then proceeded to AGAIN upsell the quoted price they told me hours ago to another , about 100$ increase in the price. Here we are 5 days later. Not even a week. And I’m typing this on the side of the road. Best believe, I’ll be showing up today during business hours. Piss poor, and terrible customer service inside the establishment as well. These people are what your friends are warning you about when they tell you not to go to someone you don’t trust. $300 to be stranded on the road within 5 days. Highway robbery.

Comment : I usually go to the location on Main Street but went to this one as a substitute. I don't leave reviews often but they did a great job of letting me know of any problems with the vehicle and were very efficient in getting the repair done. Great customer service as well.
