Comment : My 1st experience when they changed ownership was great, but this second visit was HORRIBLE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The owner had a blank face when explaining my issue. Was advised to go to another shop that I didn???t feel comfortable with. The staff was confused and not sure what to do. Not sure if they were running a dog kennel or working on cars. I felt like my black skin color played a BIg Part!!! Comment : It was a simple job to replace a thermostat and flush the radiator. $400 charge! You know what, like several of the reviews here, the issue was not fixed and they wanted several more $$$ to fix the problem. I traveled to Youngsville and I went to a local auto parts shop and replaced the part for under $40. Beware of this repair shop. Don???t say you were not warned!!It was a simple job to replace a thermostat and flush the radiator. $400 charge! Comment : Fit me in last minute to do my exhaust came out great. This is my second time coming back to them for exhaust work. If you need exhaust work done and not pay crazy prices this is your place???. Used Henry???s in the past, little over priced for the name, if you want quality work come here!!!!

Comment : I wanted to support a local business. The promises were many and the commitment was weak. What should have taken a day spanned 7 days over 2 weeks. The mechanic broke a rear caliper on my car. He did pay for the repair but was unable to do himself. They stated shortage of staff. I understand if they are treated the way the customer is. The final straw was the quote I was given(verbal) my fault ended up $200 more. Well that is what it is. I would recommend using Victory. They actually repaired what C was damaged. This is the first negative review I ve ever written.

Comment : Wife took car in for oil change and tire rotation. Also, wanted air in back tires. We have a Kia Sportage. The bill was around $160. That's a lot of money and they didn't even check air in tires. I had my F-150 oil change today and rotation of tires at Affordable Car Care in Youngsville for $90. They took advantage of a woman here. Never again will I take my cars to them. I don't recommend their services.

Comment : I own a 2016 Toyota Corolla and yesterday while driving I realized that my car was jerking and stalling. After that the check engine light came on. I was referred to County Line Auto and Exhaust from O'Reilly Auto Parts. When I arrive at County Line Auto and Exhaust Destiny greeted me and they were able to look at my car right away to diagnose the problem. Jarred, the mechanic explained to me that the problem was the spark plugs and he gave me a reasonable price for the parts and the labor. I would definitely recommend anyone to take their vehicle to County Line Auto and Exhaust!! They did a great job!! Angela Brigman
