Comment : Excellent and very smooth process of buying my first Ford truck. Jacob was an excellent salesman and made the entire process completely smooth. Dulce was great in the finance department and was in and out in under 2 hours. Very competitively priced vehicle, great trade in value, and excellent customer experience and follow up. I had been a life long Chevy man but have permanently switched to the Ford team. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Comment : I went in originally to purchase a pre-owned vehicle for my new business, but ended up buying a new one! I pulled up and was greeted by Sal on the lot. We talked about what I was interested in and what it would be used for. We actually talked about everything! Sal was very personable and easy going, making the process very easy and uncomplicated. There was some back and forth in the buying process, but that's to be expected. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Comment : I don’t write many reviews, only when I feel strongly. And in this case, the strong feeling is of a positive nature. We just went thru our fifth vehicle purchase at County Ford. Each time we have been treated like family. They gave us tips to help us save money and find the best interest rate! And they really want you to find the vehicle that you love. Their inventory is always stocked with plenty to choose from. Our sales lady is now a manager and she still worked with us after being her customer for several years, Dulce is honest, straight forward, and gives you information you need to hear not what you want to hear. Fred, also management is very honest and offers helpful information well above and beyond what he has to. In sales currently, Kolin and Sal are the best!! Our family will recommend county Ford 10/10 for many more years to come. Great people to work with, great selection to find your deal!
