Comment : I walked in, explained what I was looking for, how much I was willing to put down, what the overall price was I was willing to pay. They searched their inventory, pulled around the truck that met my qualifications. Test drove the truck, and purchased the truck. It was the best buying experience and the fastest, I have ever experienced.

Comment : If you need to buy a car go see Nathan Spooner at County Ford. He’s professional, friendly, honest and so very helpful. It’s hard to find a car salesman you can trust, but Nathan is the man! He got us into a Ford Bronco Sport and we love it! He made the process so easy and made sure we were happy. If you’re in the market for a new or used car, look no further.

Comment : The vehicle was what I wanted but I ended up taking it to the shop within 48 hours of purchasing. The vehicle had a strong odor of coolant from the the outside and the oil drain plug was “wet”. Still waiting for the final determination of the issue. Depending on the outcome will determine if I rewrite this review. The added pictures shows the coolant dripping on the ground/driveway.

Comment : I normally hate purchasing new vehicles because you end up at the dealership all day. For the time I walked in until I left with a fair deal and my new Expedition was 3hrs. That included having to evaluate my trade-in and fill up and clean my new vehicle. The sales staff was very friendly and accommodating and I got the deal I was happy with.

Comment : I live almost 200 miles away from the dealership. My deal was made over the phone and I had made two requests upon receiving my vehicle. Neither were completed when I arrived. I had to wait for one issue to be resolved and they left the other issue for me to complete on my own. Also paid for window tinting that was not installed. They did however, reimburse me for that. Beyond that, the dealership was nice and my sales person was pleasant to deal with.

Comment : They will take advantage of you anyway they can. Do not buy a car from County Ford! I’m stuck in a vehicle that they screwed me over on. They don’t want to tell you a lot of things in the finance department that are the importance of buying a vehicle. When especially trading in a vehicle.
