Comment : Not one to rate anything, but seriously save your time and hassle with this place.
Took my car in on a Monday ( put on new tires mount and balance and fix a bent rim at 9am ). Was patiently waiting for a call or update, heard nothing. We called closer to closing time and they said the person they call out for to fix the rim never showed and should be there by noon the next day to call then. We did, still nothing. A little annoyed, but still being patient, we picked up the car and tried to fix the rim ourselves, took it back to balance and wouldn’t balance (not their fault just need to replace the rim now). Called to order a rim would’ve been 4 weeks out, they said they had the exact one refurbished and could get it in in a week if we didn’t mind it being refurbished (the following Wednesday) . Don’t mind at all. We rode on a donut for another week until they got in a new rim. Wednesday came around, no call that the rim was even in. We called they said “we are busy can you come in at 3” sure no problem. There was an accident pushed me in there late, my husband called in advance to let them know, one guy said “no” they can’t get me in now to take the tire home and put it on ourselves. Like what? By no means are we entitled but seriously after all the waiting from the get-go you can’t just put the tire on? So I get there, they thought we still had the tire, call my husband and he said THEY HAVE THE TIRE. They came back and was like “oh yeah haha we do” it’s not funny at this point. Then asked “do you still want us to put the tire on?” Like, respectfully… duh! I had to get my kids to practice, told them to throw my key in the car and I’ll pick up on the way back. Went to pick my car up… TOTALLY DIFFERENT RIM and my car makes a noise turning left. So now we have a different rim, another issue to figure out and have to spend more money and need more time on our already tight schedule to figure out what’s going on with turning left.
Seriously should went somewhere else. Would’ve gladly paid more to get it done timely and the right way the first time.

Needless to say, it has now taken 3 weeks total for the process of getting new tires and one rim fixed/replaced. Now we will be going on the fourth week, paying twice maybe three times as much to get everything fixed and done properly.
I’m not saying don’t go here.. I’m just saying my experience.
Take your gamble on this place. I did.. and lost.

Update: Called and made right the above. Offered a free oil change in return for a 1->3 star rating.

I wouldn’t even bother to go back to get everything cleared up. I just don’t have the time to deal with it a second time.
