Comment : I called them on the telephone. Ask him how much it would be to put a starter in my Honda Accord. They quoted me a price of $500. If they buy the part then they told me to bring it to the shop. They had to do a diagnosis, and if I use them to do the work that they wouldn’t charge nothing for the diagnosis after the diagnosis they told me I needed a starter and it would be 750 or $60 to do everything I complained I said they gave me an estimate of 500 and he said that he didn’t realize until he popped the hood that you had to take the exhaust manifold off to put the starter in. I feel like I was suckered into this I feel he knew what was involved when he looked it up on his computer and he wasn’t gonna say anything until I was in the shop and committed to a diagnostic. We was given three different quotes.by The time we left
