Comment : I really appreciated the level of care and attention that they gave my vehicle. The previous tech from a different organization had made a mistake. When it was noticed they brought the part out and explained what they found. That was really awesome of them. They were also nice enough to work me in the following day which really helped my logistics! All in all, I will look forward to the next time we can do business. Thanks guys!!

Comment : We used to bring our vehicles to you for inspections, and honestly, I?m not sure why we ever stopped. After buying newer vehicles, we felt like we should go back to the dealership for service.

After a recent experience where we felt taken advantage of, I called Country Roads for an estimate and was quickly reminded why we loved working with you all.

You?re honest, upfront about pricing, and you don?t recommend work that isn?t actually needed. Your quote for replacing all four tire sensors, including labor and relearning, was less than what the dealership wanted for just one sensor. They also insisted we needed an alignment, which didn?t feel necessary.

Thank you for being a breath of fresh air. We?ll definitely be back.
