Comment : Went in for a brake pad/rotor replacement and ended up getting new tires as well due to a leak and uneven wear. Super friendly and helpful staff. It was a little pricey but fair for the parts and service I got, drove away much more comfortably than how I brought my car in!

Comment : This was my first time at Country Auto Care. I brought my 2012 Hyundai Elantra here after several failed attempts to diagnose an engine issue with my car (after taking it to Firestone and the Dealership).

Mark was very responsive and always picked up my calls! His team also did a good job diagnosing my vehicle thoroughly and without having to wait very long.

I appreciated Mark’s honesty when it came to the diagnosis results, and although it wasn’t a good outcome (due to car, not the mechanic) it was nice to finally have answers from someone with the expertise and patience to look. I can’t say the same for other places and especially lazy dealerships! Price-wise I would say for my specific job needed, it was well worth the money and also seemed fair given the complexity.

I would definitely take my car here again, as I appreciated the service, hospitality, and honesty I was shown!
