Comment : I was visiting the area and had my headlight go out. I realized and wanted it fixed for the trip home. The gentlemen here made time for it to get done. They were kind and pleasant to deal with. I visit this area at least 2x a year. I am glad to have found them. I would recommend going to their business for your automotive needs.

Comment : From the initial conversation with Dave to the final payment this was a smooth a transaction as one could hope for. I even forgot to leave the tire key with them and they were good enough to work with me and offered to keep it late and check for a spare. Highly recommend, I?ll be back for them to work on my truck next.

Comment : I spoke to country and explained I had an electrical issue that prevented the car from starting. Country assured me that they could fix it, so I towed car to Country. The next day Country promptly called and said they couldn't fix it, and billed me $250.

Comment : Just plain awful experiences with Country Auto. This is a shame as they sound so "professional" and with it when you communicate with Country Auto. I will argue they completely overcharge for minor repairs (things you could do with a Youtube video). More significantly, they screwed up multiple repairs on multiple cars that I gave them. NEVER did Country Auto admit we made a mistake, or could have done things better (when, as someone who knows cars, knows they could have done MUCH better). I am NOT a competitor - and I have proof if Country Auto wants to go to court with me - happy to to prevent the average person from getting ripped off.. Remember, the best defense for libel is THE TRUTH. The truth is Country Auto will rip you off and make it sound like you are lucky to bring your car to the, Avoid these crooks with their smooth talk but overcharging and inept work. Pathetic.

Comment : Don?t go here to get your tires balanced. I called ahead and they told me one price then changed the price on me when I went to pay. The definition of a bait and switch. Then the one thing I paid them to do; they didn?t do. The new wheels/tires now make the car shake when driving over 70mph, I never had this problem before the instant I put my new ?balanced? wheels on. Will be taking somewhere else to have rebalanced. What a waste and an inconvenience.

Comment : Vehicle?s front brakes failed on the way to the airport. Car was towed to this facility. Things could not have gone more smoothly. Everything was arranged over the phone and pick up was after hours. I will use them for routine service moving forward.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Went in with a blown tire. No spare/doughnut available in my car. They ordered and installed a full set even though they don't stock tires at their facility since all my tires were over half worn and another was soon to blow out. Also while doing an oil change found out my serpentine belt was cracking all over and beginning to fray. An issue that was soon to leave me stranded with no warning otherwise. On top of all the needed service they gave me a pretty good discount. My car moves much better.
