Comment : I have been taking my car here for 5 years now. It has been pretty much the same team over the last 5 years, which indicates a quality company to have no turnover. Comment : Just bought a 2023 Tundra from this place, amazing! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top of the line vehicle from a top of the line salesman, Ronald Saunders! The process was super quick and easy but I can t say much about anyone else but Ronald because he had everything taken care of for us by the time we arrived so I didn t see much of anyone else. Comment : 2005 Lexus GX 470 Base not listed on thier actual website, but listed on cargurus was orginally listed for $7,800. Drove to see the vehicle and was told it was a fresh trade in. Long story short, got a call back saying the car wasn't in condition to sell, now to see the new price is 12k. Comment : I entrusted them based on first conversation with Mike, who's a nice guy, in the service area. But then once I heard back from the repair guy, my experience tanked. They wanted to charge me 3X! other shops and told me if they make a mistake with the gear sensor that I'd have to replace the transmission. I asked if they would cover the insurance on their mistake, if that happens, and they said they would not and I'd be liable for that. That's insane. A truck that's been cared for greatly and is only 5 years old should not have issues like this.
