Comment : Excellent sales associates and service. This is the second Toyota I have bought from Coughlin in the last 10 years and they have always made sure all of my questions have been answered and made sure my vehicle was serviced and if needed provided with a loaner.👍👍

Comment : I took delivery of my 2025 Toyota Tacoma. When taking a trip I realized that the speedometer was not accurate. When the speedometer showed 70 mph the vehicle was only going 65-66 mph. This is a safety concern. I was told this could not be fixed. However, I believe by replacing the 245/70R17 tires with 245/75R17 tires would resolve this problem.

Comment : Fay and Ada in the service department were awesome! I came in last minute with no appointment, they dealt with the warranty company for me and were pleasant to deal with. The tech got the issue taken care of pretty quickly and, so far, effectively! Would recommend.

I shopped there because I located a used car on line. The whole process went smoothly.'>

Edit: Just want to say Eric Tipplett ended up getting in touch with me and took care of us and they did a great job at repainting the car. It looks way better now and no more paint chipping. Eric is the new manager over there and you can tell he cares about the people, so shout out to him thanks for doing what needed to be done.'>

Comment : Won't cover paint peeling off car with 60k miles. They will say anything to not do the right thing

Comment : If you are in the market for a vehicle go see Ronald at Coughlin Toyota! He was incredibly helpful, not pushy at all, and he made the buying process quick and painless. No sitting at the dealership for hours haggling and wondering if you made the right decision! THANK YOU Coughlin team, LOVE my new 4Runner!

Comment : Drove over three hours to purchase a vehicle. I had multiple conversations with the salesperson, Summer. I explained I was looking for a well-maintained car, and to please let me know about any visible damage. It was hard to tell from the photos and videos she sent me. The only thing she brought up was that some scratches were visible on the door handle. My family and I got up early to be there in the morning. When we arrived, the car was pulled up front. As soon as we got out to look at it, there were visible scratches all over, but they were not small either. Some deep scratches appeared. The last owner neglected the vehicle. Then the interior leather seats seemed reupholstered and poorly done, with prominent wrinkles and wear evident. My teenage son was excited and had a six-hour, disappointing drive. No way I would spend $22000.00 on such a vehicle. Please avoid this dealer; they are not honest, or maybe the salesperson.

My 2016 camry had paint peeling all over it after 2+ years of fighting trying to get a dealership to submit the paper work the manager Eric t. Reached out and said bring it in they submitted the paperwork and pretty much got the whole car repainted through the extended warranty toyota made for the paint issue and we are very happy with the results !! Thank you eric and Jamie for all your hard work

Recently took my husband 08 tundra in for cam position sensor issues. Toyota technician replaced the wrong sensor after misdiagnosing 2 times .. cost us about 650.00 took it to a small business to see if they could figure it out. And low and behold the code it was throwing was for driver side cam position sensor not the one toyota replaced. Not to mention when we came to pick it up they had left the motor cover off and handed to my husband like oh I can go out that back on.
