Comment : Took in my 2017 Nissan Versa in for service a couple weeks ago for an oil change. I was greeted by Lauren and Brandon, and made sure to update me on my service throughout the entire process, and recommended some things that needed attention. Bringing the vehicle back today to get a serpentine belt replaced. I highly recommend this store! :)

Comment : Last week I had a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder serviced with a transmission CVT fluid flush. After that I started getting a rumble in my transmission when we accelerate sounds like going over rumble strips in the highway. It last
about 2-5 seconds. And also last week on their multi-point inspection they declared I needed rear shock struts.
So today I take it back to get the shudder checked out and of course they say is was because I didn't do a 60k flush every time it came around. My question is why didn't the service guy say this might happen if I put in new transmission fluid in a transmission that hasn't been flushed in the past 60,000 miles.
I think he's lying to me. Why do they close the blinds in the waiting room so you cannot see your car being maintenance.
Here's to kicker, they did a multi-point inspection on my car again 20 days later and now I need lower control arms, a CV axle an all four-wheel alignment. I didn't know sitting in my garage would be so hard on this car.
