Comment : I had to sell my new Palisade vehicle to Car Max because it had a brake flaw which Hyundai doesn’t acknowledge. Class Action Law suit. I gave the dealer a chance to buy it but they low balled me. No more Hyundai and no more Dealings with Heath Coughlin dealers

Comment : Absolutely best experience I’ve ever had. Nick was absolutely amazing. He was not pushy and made sure he understood what I was looking for (feature-wise) in a vehicle. He was knowledgeable, patient and so kind. I have had a Hyundai since 2014 or 2015. I absolutely recommend them!

Comment : I purchased a new 2025 Hyundai Palisade. The sales person, Michael Francis, was amazing. Before purchasing this vehicle he showed me several others and explained all the features. Very knowledgeable. He also took the time, after the sale, to show me all the features on the palisade. I would highly recommend buying a car from him.

Comment : Nick was great!
Not at all pushy, just professional and extremely knowledgeable.
I highly recommend Nick and the team at Coughlin Hyundai.
I know Rob had to sign off on my trade and Rob was extremely aggressive on making a deal my new Palisade.
Dave was helpful and professional as well with the 0% financing.
The entire team was a pleasure to work with.

Comment : Unprofessional. I was interested in a used 2018 Honda Accord and went to purchase it this past Saturday. Mind you, I lived three hours away. The salesperson Summer told me the only thing she noticed was some minor scratches on the door. It was hard to tell the condition from the photos, and I asked her to be honest because I didn't want to waste my time or hers. I left early Saturday morning with my family because this was supposed to be my teenager's first car. When we arrived, it took us three minutes to walk around the vehicle to tell that we were deceived. There were scratches, some deep, all over the car; the chrome trim was bubbling loose, and the interior wasn't much better; the seats seemed to have been stretched or replaced poorly because there were huge wrinkles in them. We left, and I guess it was a lesson learned not to trust this dealership. I would never recommend anyone go there.

Comment : If you care about your safety, do not bring your car to this location! Worst car service experience of my life. My car was in the shop for three weeks due to rodent damage. I got towed to this Hyundai because I broke down; however, based on the initial diagnostic, technicians could not find an issue with my car. I voiced my concerns because obviously something had to have been wrong with my car, but they pushed me out the door anyway. My car starts shutting down on me upon leaving the dealership, and I end up having to come back. They find rodent damage and say my car needs some rewiring. Sure. But when I pick up my car again, I ask for details on the repair, and Evan, the worker, had informed me that the wires that were repaired were around the engine and that a rodent nest was found near the front of the engine…. So how did nobody see this when they should have popped the hood of my car in the initial diagnostic? I am sent away yet again, and my car shuts down before merging on the highway. Turns out, my whole EMC was shot. Then, I needed to involve my coverage insurance (could have done this initially had I known the costs would exceed my deductible if the service team had figured the issues out at the same time, like they should have if they were being thorough). Upon involving insurance despite my request for the dealership to stay in touch with me for updates, I had to continuously call to find out any information about my car. Coughlin did not apologize or provide any accountability for their actions whatsoever. How appalling and disappointing.
