Comment : I was very pleased with the Coughlin Ford of Pataskala team when buying my new car. Dominic and Jay were a pleasure to work with and did everything possible to make sure the deal got done including going above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted the next day. They have earned my business for when I am in the market again and I will be solely servicing my vehicle through Coughlin Ford as I have confidence in their team to do it right and by the book.

Comment : My car was involved in a small fender bender, and I took it to Coughlin's Body Shop for repairs. It was hit just a bit on the driver side fender and there was no damage anywhere else other than the front wheel being scraped. When I went to pickup the car, I noticed several new scratches on the side of the car and also pointed out that the wheel was never repaired. They ended up keeping the car for several more days to fix the wheel and the scratches they created. A couple of weeks went by and I noticed my front bumper is starting to sag - thought maybe it was a manufacture defect so I took it to Toyota where they put it on a lift and noticed there were more than 6 screws/clips broken and said the body shop must have broken them when removing the front bumper to replace/paint the front fender... the car has less than 2k miles on it. I took it back to Coughlin Ford where they "fixed" the repairs the first time, in which they said they are not responsible - that they would reach out to insurance to get them to pay for it since it "must have been caused by the accident"... insurance is now denying the claim because the dealership caused the damage, but now the dealership is saying they will not fix it... so I have a brand new car with several clips broken on the front bumper that the dealership is refusing to fix. There are multiple other things that occurred that aren't worth typing. My family and myself have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars buying cars from the Coughlin Group and after this, I will never do business with Coughlin again.

Comment : I had a wonderful experience buying my new car. Josh D. spent time with me explaining my options and wasn’t too pushy. I went in just looking and left with payment options and things to think about. I felt so much more confident in my decision with having the over night to think about it. Highly recommended Josh. Look for the tallest person there 😁

Comment : Extremely rude and will sell a truck out from underneath you even when you have submitted paperwork to the Bank. With car lots on almost every corner do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Got a call from the operations manager he said they don t trust a customer is buying a vehicle until the deal is signed and delivered so if you pick a vehicle out don t count on it being there until you are leaving the parking lot in it.Extremely rude and will sell a truck out from underneath you even when you have submitted paperwork to the Bank.
