Comment : I had a wonderful experience buying my new car. Josh D. spent time with me explaining my options and wasn’t too pushy. I went in just looking and left with payment options and things to think about. I felt so much more confident in my decision with having the over night to think about it. Highly recommended Josh. Comment : Extremely rude and will sell a truck out from underneath you even when you have submitted paperwork to the Bank. With car lots on almost every corner do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Got a call from the operations manager he said they don t trust a customer is buying a vehicle until the deal is signed and delivered so if you pick a vehicle out don t count on it being there until you are leaving the parking lot in it.Extremely rude and will sell a truck out from underneath you even when you have submitted paperwork to the Bank. Comment : Coughlin Ford of Pataskala had the vehicle we were looking for so we called and spoke with Samantha. She let us know that someone was interested in that vehicle but later called back to say they never showed up. That s being smart, attentive, and diligent in my opinion. Working with Samantha was a pleasure. She s personable, considerate, attentive to detail, and knows/does her work very well. Everyone there was warm and friendly and I didn t feel rushed. I didn t feel pressured. I felt welcomed. I would highly recommend Samantha and the entire team there.
