Comment : Terrible experience with the service department. On a previous visit they reattached my engine splash guard and left all but one bolt off. It was so noisy that any test drive would have caught it, but clearly no one bothered.

More recently, my SUV has an airbag sensor issue (similar to the older recalls). Instead of providing a solution, they’ve told me they need my vehicle for days with no clear timeline, can’t say when a rental will be available, and are now asking me to pick it up despite a known safety issue. Completely unacceptable.

The one service advisor who actually cared has left, and the person who called me back was rude and dismissive. Basic professionalism and customer care are severely lacking here.

If you value safety, transparency, and competent service, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere

Comment : I recently brought a new 2025 F-150 raptor from this dealership. I have exceptionally great buying experience here. I had the pleasure of working with John Lee as my salesman. He is extremely professional and went above and beyond for me. The finance and signing process was fast and honest, with no hidden fees and gimmicks. I couldn’t recommend Coughlin Ford of Pataskala enough. Love my new truck, thanks.

Comment : I had the privilege of working with Derek B., who exceeded all expectations in resolving a complex issue with a pickup truck purchased by my corporate office in Ohio and shipped to my local branch in Florida. The truck developed a transmission problem, a common enough issue covered by warranty, but it remained unresolved for months despite efforts with my local dealership. Derek stepped in and went far beyond typical customer service standards, taking personal responsibility to ensure the matter was swiftly and effectively resolved. His dedication and professionalism make him an outstanding representative of exceptional service. A huge thank you to Derek!!
