Comment : This is for Coughlin Ford Marysville. This is in regards to manager there named Willis in service department. Willis is a very smart man and also very helpful to customers and also has a fantastic personality to help you with your problems. Willis is definitely an asset to Coughlin Ford. The man listens to your problems and he takes care of it. No arguing at all. He explains everything out very clearly and does not get upset at anything. Well I have been there many times he has never gotten upset with a customer. And when you leave he always says thank you. A fantastic associate for you

Comment : The worst Ford dealership in the industry. My $85k truck has returned worse than it arrived each visit. Def fluid splatters down the side, oily hand prints, 3 trips to fix a sunroof, driven through a construction zone to test drive and returned filthy when delivered freshly washed?. Mandy is a joke or a service manager, Shop foreman has no patience, and service Advisor is powerless to actually get things done. Pretty sure my last oil change wasn?t completed as my truck oil life indicator dropped like a rock from 100% to 70% in 500 miles. Do NOT use or buy from this dealership. Photos of how it was returned to me.. arrived freshly washed. Service manager now ghosting me.

Comment : Promised a rental once problem was found, then basically told us too bad you?re not getting one. Also said the part is on back order and will take a couple months minimum.

Comment : Had a job interview here. I was completely lost and had no idea where to go. I asked an elder gentleman if he worked there. He asked what I needed help with. I told him. He told me to park my truck and he took me right where I needed to go. The staff was very friendly. Lots of nice vehicles on there lot. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vehicle or a job. Seems like a great place to work.
