Comment : Coughlin Ford of Pataskala had the vehicle we were looking for so we called and spoke with Samantha. She let us know that someone was interested in that vehicle but later called back to say they never showed up. That s being smart, attentive, and diligent in my opinion. Working with Samantha was a pleasure. She s personable, considerate, attentive to detail, and knows/does her work very well. Everyone there was warm and friendly and I didn t feel rushed. I didn t feel pressured. I felt welcomed. I would highly recommend Samantha and the entire team there. Jeff was closing another deal with a customer, so Josh took care us, from the time we walked in to driving away in our Bronco.
